New plant-based ingredient for cosmetics and makeup solutions! 💄   Last week at in-cosmetics Global, we launched a new ingredient, Beauté by Roquette® ST 305 amylopectin, made from environmentally friendly non-GMO waxy corn starch. ✨ We’re also delighted that Beauté by Roquette® ST 305 was a finalist for the in-cosmetics Global 2025 Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award – Functional Category among 60+ other functional ingredients.   🎤At the show, Bénédicte Courel, General Manager of Roquette Cosmetic Solutions, spoke with Personal Care Insights to share more about our game-changing plant-based ingredient, its advantages and how it addresses trends and consumer needs. Employees in Romania Plant a Green Future🌱   Our pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing site in Bucharest, Romania, joined Roquette in October 2023 as part of our acquisition of Qualicaps. The employees in Bucharest are actively embracing Roquette values and our commitment to sustainability through positive actions.     🌳For their first sustainability event, 40 employees and some of their children volunteered to help plant 60 fruit trees at the National Forest Park in Prahova County. This green initiative supports an objective of PRESERVE the planet, an engagement platform of our life+nature sustainable development program, to help regenerate nature and biodiversity in our local communities.    Employees also participated in a workshop to raise awareness on sustainability topics. They were proud to be part of the overall event to contribute to a better environment as well as be a good example to their children through planting trees for a greener future. 💚   Our Bucharest employees also plan to hold another tree planting event in 2025.
