📢 Start-ups: We support your growth! Did you know that over 80% of digital products, infrastructures, and services in Europe are controlled by non-European entities? This dependency weakens our technological sovereignty and limits the competitiveness of European startups and SMEs. This is particularly true for cloud computing power. Hyperscalers dominate the market with restrictive practices: bundling sales, hidden fees, prohibitive exit costs—barriers that prevent European companies from accessing fair and competitive cloud solutions. ⚠️ This excessive concentration threatens innovation in Europe. ➡️ Deeptech startups and R&D-driven businesses rely on cloud computing to accelerate simulations and development but are locked into closed ecosystems with skyrocketing costs. ➡️Strategic sectors (aerospace, defense, energy) store critical data outside Europe, increasing sovereignty and security risks. At Qarnot, we believe European innovation should not be hindered by an overreliance on non-European providers. That’s why we offer a sovereign, competitive, and sustainable HPC cloud platform designed specifically to meet the startups needs. ✅ No IT complexity An HPC cloud solution designed for engineers and researchers, free from IT complexity.  ✅ Clear and transparent pricing: No hidden fees, zero egress fees, total cost control. ✅ 100% European and sovereign infrastructure: Fully operated deployed in Europe, ensuring data security and compliance with European regulations. ✅ A unique environmental commitment: Our low-carbon infrastructure reduces the carbon footprint of intensive computing by 80%. 📢 Startups: We support your growth! 🔹 €6,000 in free cloud credits to test our platform 🔹 50% discount on commuting usage after using the credits. 🔹 Dedicated technical support to optimize your workloads and accelerate your simulations. 📩 Ready to scale your innovation? I am proud to share that the European Innovation Council has renewed its trust in Qarnot, reinforcing a vision that has never been more relevant: Europe must invest in its own digital infrastructure to ensure its long-term competitiveness and sovereignty. Recent geopolitical events have made two things clear: 1 - Europe cannot afford to rely solely on external providers for its computing power, data security, and technological innovation. 2 -  Infrastructure is sovereignty—without independent and sustainable solutions, Europe’s position in key industries remains vulnerable. This is why the EIC is making a strong commitment to supporting European deep-tech startups and investing in the infrastructure that will shape our technological future. With this new funding, Qarnot will accelerate the deployment of its sovereign HPC cloud platform, ensuring: ✅ Seamless access to high-performance computing for European engineers, researchers, and startups—removing IT complexity and fostering innovation. ✅ A fully independent European cloud, deployed in Europe, free from vendor lock-in or geopolitical constraints. ✅ A sustainable infrastructure, reducing emissions by 80% through our pioneering heat reuse technology. Why does this matter? Because Europe’s future depends on its ability to innovate freely, without relying on non-European infrastructure. Investing in sovereign, sustainable HPC solutions is key to securing industrial autonomy and strengthening Europe’s position in strategic sectors like aerospace, automotive, AI, and energy. 🙏 A huge thank you to the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA),  the European Investment Bank (EIB) and  Teresa Czerwińska, Jean-Christophe Laloux  Maxime Pawlowski Jean-David Malo Stéphane Ouaki 🇺🇦🇪🇺 Ekke Van Vliet for their continued trust and support. 📄 Read the full press release here: https://lnkd.in/eMmxVQ7G
