At Parfums Christian Dior, we cultivate triumphant inclusivity.
This month, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a significant milestone: Rémi and Vincent, both with severe autism, have officially joined our team on permanent contracts (CDI) within our packaging teams at Saint-Jean de Braye and Chartres industrial sites. This is a moment of immense pride and joy for them, their families, and all of us at #Dior.
This was made possible thanks to our partnership with VETA (vivre et travailler autrement), which focuses on integrating employees with autism. VETA’s expertise has been invaluable in helping us understand their unique needs and adapt workstations with solutions like tailored signage.
This success is also the result of a collective effort and the daily help of Edwige Rodrigues, Packaging Agent, Aurélie De Almeida, Packaging Agent, Mattéo Charotte, Packaging Agent, Aurélie Jollet, Head of Job Retention, Laurianne Marigny, HR CSR Assistant, and Marine Cheneau, HR Assistant.
Many individuals with autism face significant barriers to employment. The goal of Dior's Dali's project (Dior Actor of Inclusion) is to provide the support and resources they need to access the workforce, achieve independence, and lead fulfilling lives. Our goal is to foster the autonomy and socio-professional inclusion of adults with autism, enabling them to participate fully in a welcoming and inclusive society.
We are deeply committed to continuing our inclusion journey and creating even more opportunities for talented individuals of all backgrounds. This event highlights our dedication to building a fairer, more inclusive world.
