📸 Retour en images sur la journée de restitution des projets étudiants m’airidia qui a eu lieu à l' IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur ce lundi 31 mars. Dans le cadre du projet m’airidia, le Plan de Mobilité Employeur Commun du quartier Méridia, porté par la CCI Nice Côte d'Azur et financé par l’ADEME, les étudiants ont présenté leurs travaux devant leurs pairs, les partenaires du projet et plusieurs élus. 🎓 Près de 60 étudiants issus de différents masters de l’ Université Côte d’Azur et de l’École Centrale Méditerranée ont partagé leurs réflexions pour améliorer la mobilité au sein du quartier Méridia. Deux prix ont été remis : 🏆 le prix Coup de cœur de la CCI au Master CONTRASTE 🏆 le prix du Public au Master Comedd 👏 Félicitations aux autres masters participants GEOPRAD, MSc Engineers for Smart Cities, et Centrale Méditerranée pour la qualité de leurs contributions. Cette restitution illustre l’importance de croiser les expertises académiques et les enjeux territoriaux pour faire émerger des solutions concrètes en faveur de la mobilité durable. [Seminar COP29 : Key Takeaways and Perspectives, co-organized by MSc Risks and MSc Engineers for Smart Cities] 🎓 Seminar: Yesterday at IMREDD Learning Center, we were thrilled to bring together all IMREDD students for an insightful discussion on the major highlights and perspectives from COP29, held in Baku in November 2024. 🌍 As an observer organization to the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) since 2021, Université Côte d’Azur delegation of five representatives has participated and contributed to COP29. 👥 Speakers: ✨ Céline Phillips Coordinator of the Multilateral Initiatives Unit, Europe and International Division, ADEME, and French negotiator on climate technologies under the Paris Agreement and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC.int) at COP29. ✨ christophe Den Auwer Chemistry professor and teacher in Environmental Chemistry/Industrial Risks in the MSc RISKS program, and Member of the University’s delegation to COP29. 🤝 Collaborative Learning: The seminar created a valuable space for meaningful dialogue and cooperation, encouraging student engagement in global discussions on climate action and sustainable urban development. 🎉 We hope this event marks the start of an exciting series of interactive initiatives for students at IMREDD! 👩🎓🧑🎓👩🏫🧑🏫 Enseigner la transformation écologique et sociale, pour tou.te.s les étudiant.e.s du supérieur ! CERTES, C’EST ESSENTIEL, MAIS COMMENT CONCRÈTEMENT ?? ➡️ ➡️ AVEC QUELS FORMATS DE COURS ? 🧐💚 Ça fait +7 ans que je réfléchis et développe des modalités pédagogiques pour engager profondément et joyeusement les étudiant.e.s dans l’action ! 😃 La semaine dernière, j’animais un nouveau format de cours-projet en éco-lieu qui pourrait bien vous inspirer… : 3 jours de co-création sur "mon quartier campus 2030" pour des étudiant.e.s du MSc Engineers for Smart Cities de l'IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur ! J’en profite pour vous partager quelques apprentissages tirés de ce format et d’autres nombreux cours projets déployés avec Mission Eco Humans : ❌Les étudiant.e.s en ont marre des cours qui leur parlent trop d'enjeux, sans assez parler de solutions… ✅ Et si les cours adoptaient un ratio 20-80 : 20% du cours = focus enjeux. 80% = focus solutions, soit un renversement de la balance !! ❌Les étudiant.e.s ont du mal à se projeter, à croire que ces solutions soient possibles… ✅Et si on les amenait directement visiter des éco-lieux, des espaces alternatifs et échanger avec leurs fondate.rice.s…Et si on faisait carrément cours en mode co-création en pleine Nature ! ❌ Les étudiants se sentent impuissant.e.s face à l'ampleur de la transformation à opérer  ✅Et si chaque cours s'appliquait à un projet concret sur lequel les étudiants ont la main : leur campus, leur quartier, l'entreprise locale...! 😉⭐ Et si chaque cours associait les parties prenantes concernées de ces projets, et faisait de l'ESR un Labo de transformation du territoire tout autant que des étudiant.e.s ? Ça ne parait pas fou n'est-ce pas ? Grâce à des directeu.rice.s de programme pionniers comme Arianna Calza' et Matteo Caglioni et au MSc Engineers for Smart Cities de l'IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur , des voix s'ouvrent... Our traditional Welcome Weekend in the Regional natural park of the Préalpes d’Azur. We are back with a treasure trove of unforgettable moments and snapshots. From exploring a studio crafting sensors with low-tech materials, to whipping up a meal with surprise ingredients brought by each student, to capturing stunning moon photos with our scientific animator, and diving into an eco-construction workshop with the trainer from the SCIC T.E.T.R.I.S. It was an action-packed weekend filled with learning, laughter, building, and co-creating together!

💠 A warm welcome to the new MSc Engineers for Smart Cities cohort at Université Côte d’Azur! 🎓✨ Our integration day featured inspiring speeches from the IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur Director, Centrale Méditerranée, our joint degree partner since 2023, and the MSc program’s Director and Coordinator. After meeting their fellow students, they enjoyed a guided tour of the IMREDD building, led by the Partnership and Scientific Coordinator. ➡ Next up is the traditional Welcome Weekend, a great opportunity for the cohort to connect and explore a beautiful spot in the Alpes-Maritimes region. We're excited to see what they will accomplish this year and wish them all the best for a successful journey ahead! 🚀✨
