    At #Lacoste, our commitment to gender equality goes beyond International Women’s Day and March 🐊 It’s an ongoing journey, driven by our teams across the globe, turning our vision into concrete action. With Drive our Crocodelles to the Top, we empower women and advance gender equality to the highest levels of our organization. Through Accelerate, our year-long leadership program, women from all regions and functions are stepping into senior roles, and as the first participants complete their training, a new generation of leaders is emerging. Local development & mentoring programs are also emerging in our Regions such as the “Proud Crocodelle’ program in Panama. From our offices to our stores & production sites, we strive to make Lacoste a workplace that adapts to the needs of all employees, especially supporting parenthood. In Latin America for instance, the Bem+Família program continues to support pregnant employees and all future parents, providing them with the resources to thrive both personally and professionally. Worklife balance workshops have also been implemented such as the ones in China & Panama recently. Across all our regions and countries, initiatives have been implemented to raise awareness, thus breaking barriers and advancing equality at every level. Our Crocodelles are contributing actively, sharing their journeys through panel discussions but also through Voices of Proud Crocodelles, our internal podcast, where we amplify the voices of those who champion equality every day.
