60 demos, 90 minutes, 1 packed atrium! On Wednesday, we hosted the second edition of our Cold Call Battle. We brought together over 30 salespeople from a mix of Hexa alumni and other top startups - Pigment, Primo, Catalog, Tengo, Swan, Dialog, Basalt, FieldX, and Stellar - for a high-energy morning led by the one and only Enzo Colucci. With amazing lead lists provided by FullEnrich, nearly 60 demos were booked in just 90 minutes. It was a great moment to open our doors, reconnect with alumni, welcome new teams into the mix, and give early-stage founders a front-row seat. Congrats to Charlotte Géraud from Tengo (HX23), who took home the top spot and a well-earned Staycation 🎁 Massive hats off to our GTM guru Quentin Le Gall for making it all happen. We also recorded a few quick interviews on sales and growth. We’ll be sharing those very soon, so stay tuned!

They call him ‘Mr Resilience’ for a reason! Most founders know what it’s like to hit roadblocks, but what happens when your company is weeks away from running out of cash? In 2020, Alex Louisy faced exactly that. Upflow, the B2B payments platform he had built with Hexa a few months prior, was on the verge of collapse - just four months of runway left. What came next was a masterclass in resilience: 🚀 A bold pivot, refocusing on a single market segment, cutting 30% of the team, and personally letting go of 25% of their clients. 📞 300 investor calls to secure the funding that would keep Upflow alive. 📈 12 months later? €1M ARR and profitability. Fast-forward to today, and Upflow has 700 clients in 40 countries and is growing 70% year-over-year. Alex had to rethink everything he knew about scaling. If you’re an entrepreneur navigating uncertainty, this is an interview you don’t want to miss! Watch the full episode on YouTube. Link in comments

We're looking for a Health Partner at Hexa. Julien MERAUD and Dr Guillaume Gobert have already launched three health startups: → Annette (HX24): tackling obesity → DermaScan (HX24): early skin cancer detection → Orygin (HX25): treating insomnia in women They're all reinventing care pathways and digitalizing them. What we're looking for now is a Partner to find ideas and launch health software companies. Because SaaS has revolutionized every industry. Except healthcare. Most medical software is still on-premise, with painful UX, no AI, and zero automation. At Hexa, we believe healthcare is ripe for SaaS and AI will supercharge the shift. We’re now looking for a Partner to help us launch 2–3 healthtech companies per year. Your mission? Spot the right ideas, find the right cofounders, and build with them, like a true partner, into real companies. You might be a fit if: – You’ve built a startup (or more) – You’re product-obsessed – You want to build again, but not solo – You’re here to make a real impact If this hits home, link’s in the first comment. And if someone comes to mind, tag them below! 👇

Congrats to Parallel (ex Kiosk Medical) for their $3.5M seed round led by Frst. 🌀 What makes this story unique is that Parallel started at Kiosk in our studio and they pivoted to something totally new. They started out on WhatsApp automation, got into YC but soon after, the spark faded. But they didn’t give up. Instead, they went back to the whiteboard. And then the spark was back. They chose to tackle a space that truly matters to them: the public hospital system. From there, Parallel was born. Parallel’s mission is bold and urgent: free hospitals from administrative overload by automating repetitive tasks using AI. Parallel’s first AI agent tackles a critical pain point: medical coding, a key step for billing and care management. It’s already being developed with several healthcare institutions. And this is just the beginning. They’re laying the foundation for an AI that can take care of a wide range of back-office tasks: so caregivers can focus on what really matters: patients. 👏 Huge congrats to Paul Lafforgue, Thomas Sohet, and the rest of the team Matthieu Vaxelaire & all. Go Parallel!

We're launching a new event series ✨AI Builders✨ Since day one at Hexa, we've had a ritual that's been core to our DNA: the Friday product demo. Every week, our founders showcase what they’ve built, the challenges they've tackled, and the progress they've made. Now, we’re taking that energy and opening it up to the world. We're launching AI Builders, a live event where fellow founders demo what they’re building in AI, straight from La Cristallerie. Why AI? Because it’s transforming the way products are being built right now—and there’s no better way to learn than by seeing them live. The format? No fluff, no sales pitches, no panels. Just raw product demos and honest Q&As between builders. To kick things off, we’re thrilled to welcome two incredible AI companies to La Cristallerie on Monday 7th April: Flore Lestrade, Cofounder & CEO at Veeton Paul L. Cofounder & CEO at Omogen Spots are limited, sign up in the comments.
