🚀 Strategic advance for ID Logistics Germany ID Logistics has finalized a landmark contract with a leading e-commerce company, one of the largest in Germany to date. From the third quarter of 2025, operations will begin at a newly developed 68,000 m² e-fulfillment center in Diemelstadt (Hesse), designed to handle up to 1.9 million storage units and fulfill same-day and next-day delivery orders. 📈 This €20m investment includes advanced intralogistics systems, energy-efficient technologies and a complete ESG-compliant infrastructure. 🌿 The facility will be DGNB Gold certified and include: a 4.8 MWpik photovoltaic system Advanced heat pump systems Green roof and LED lighting Infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. 🤝 Around 700 direct jobs will be generated, supporting both regional employment and long-term socio-economic development. The project is being developed in collaboration with Scannell Properties Germany and supported by the city of Diemelstadt and its mayor Andreas Fritz, reinforcing the area's role as a logistics hub. " From the design of the logistics scheme to the intralogistics equipment, human resources management and tailor-made site construction, ID Logistics proposed and implemented a complete and integrated solution. This model allows our customers to gain in responsiveness, operational efficiency and competitiveness, even in the most complex projects " - Robin Otto, Managing Director of ID Logistics Germany.
