#RenewableHydrogen: Qair launches its first hydrogen station in France, accelerating Europe's green mobility 💧🚌    Qair is building its first hydrogen refueling station in Béziers, France. Set to be operational by the end of the year, the station will supply 600 kg of renewable hydrogen per day, primarily serving the local public bus fleet.    🔋 Part of the "Corridor H2 Occitanie" initiative, this project plays a crucial role in establishing a hydrogen-powered transport route from the Iberian Peninsula to Northern Europe. The station will be fueled by #HydOcc, France’s largest renewable hydrogen production unit, which will produce 2,700 tonnes of green hydrogen annually, preventing 27,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year.    🌍 Beyond France, Qair is also driving hydrogen innovation in Iceland with two hydrogen stations already deployed in Reykjavik, and four more on the way. #Italy : Qair secures a 26MW solar project in Castellammare, Sicily  and updates its management structure    Qair has been awarded a 26MW photovoltaic project in Castellammare through Italy’s 16th tender of the FER 1 Decree (2019), managed by GSE (Gestore Servizi Energetici), the Italian energy agency.     This last procedure ended the incentive program for renewable energy in Italy, awarding 457.6 MW to solar, wind, and hydro plants. Now, attention turns to the FER-X Decree, which will bring new support for renewable energy growth.   The Castellammare project in a nutshell ☀️ 💡Annual production of 41GWh   🏘️ The equivalent consumption of 15,185 inhabitants   🌫️ 11,935 t of CO2 avoided  Qair in Italy 🇮🇹 Since 2019, Qair has been expanding its presence in Italy with a dedicated team of 13 experts based in Potenza and Milan. The team has recently been joined by Krzysztof Wojtysiak as Italy Country Director, bringing his extensive experience in leading Qair Polska - Qair Group from its inception to its current success. Krzysztof also spearheaded Qair’s expansion in Montenegro, where he continues to oversee operations.    Our 8.7 MW solar plant in Marrubiù, Sardinia, and 12.5 MW wind farm in Garessio, Piedmont, are already powering Italy’s green energy transition. Qair officially launches its first project in Montenegro ⚡🇲🇪    Qair has secured grid connection approval for its 50.13 MWp Rudine solar project in Montenegro. This marks the official launch of the Group’s first project in the country and a crucial step towards accelerating Montenegro’s clean energy transition.    🗓️ With the grid connection agreement in place, Qair is now moving toward Ready-to-Build (RtB) status, finalizing the solar farm layout and securing all permits. The Rudine photovoltaic plant will be integrated into Montenegro’s electricity grid and is set to be commissioned by 2028.    🎯 Since 2021, Qair’s dedicated team in Montenegro has been developing a 220 MW pipeline of solar and wind projects, which is part of our long-term commitment to the region as it pursues a 50% renewable energy target by 2030.    🌍 This initiative aligns with Qair’s broader strategy of investing in emerging European markets—from the Balkans to Central & Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean— focusing on countries with high renewable energy potential and strong governmental commitment.  Complementing our initial focus on the major European markets, we're expanding into Montenegro, Romania, Moldova and Greece, committed to fostering sustainable growth, developing quality projects and helping countries achieve their energy transition goals.
