Very soon that we will meet again in Mallorca for our annual conference. We look forward to seeing many of you there! This year, for the first time, ECLA is pleased to offer three scholarships that will cover travel costs, accommodation, and conference participation. We hope that this will enable young competition law enthusiasts to participate in this great event. Our scholarship is available to anyone who is under 35 years old and works in the field of competition law, whether academically, in administration, or in a law firm. And last but not least, the final panel for this year’s ECLA conference on the DMA and its relevance on the member state level. Excellent panel with Athanasia Gavala, Elvira Aliende Rodriguez, Deirdre Carroll, Nuno Alvim, and Thomas G. Funke with Tara Kelly (Meade) moderating.

And now for the third panel on how to navigate the procedural minefield of parallel criminal and cartel investigations. Very interesting presentations and discussions by Jasvinder Nakhwal, Sophie Moonen, Enzo Marasà, and Ben Rusch, with the panel moderator Martin Oder.

The next panel deals with excessive pricing: are they really excessively difficult to show? Panel moderator Nicole Kar with her speakers Ronan Flanagan, Giulio Federico, Lourenço Ventura, and Anca Jurcovan dive deeper into this fascinating topic.
