Throughout the month of March, we have initiated a range of activities across all our regions to promote gender equity. These include discussion circles to raise awareness about women's rights in the workplace, presentations on women in tech, and sharing inspiring stories from our colleagues worldwide. We are also encouraging participation in the EllesVMH platform, offering resources for career development and mentoring. These actions reflect our ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive environment and empowering women across the Maison. #IWD2025

On the occasion of the International Day of Forests, #Chaumet is proud to reaffirm its commitment to forest conservation, which serves as a vital reservoir of biodiversity. In partnership with Reforest'Action, we are actively participating in an assisted natural regeneration project in the Chantilly forest. This project aims to restore and preserve this essential ecosystem while promoting local biodiversity. At Chaumet, we firmly believe that forest preservation is crucial for the future of our planet. Through these stories, we aim to give a platform to their voices, showcasing their diverse journeys. Marie-Sophie Lebas-Benech from Paris shares her journey: “Changing careers is a real challenge, but my determination, enthusiasm, and the kindness of the artisans allowed me to achieve my dream and pursue my 'passion profession'” Jingyi Fu from China highlights the importance of this day: “International Women's Day is an occasion to celebrate the contributions of women and recognize the state of gender equality. It inspires us to boldly pursue our dreams, challenge stereotypes, and create a future where equality and empowerment are the norm.” Finally, Anna Wang from Singapore reminds us of the power of women supporting women: “'Girls help girls.' Providing emotional support, lending a listening ear, and offering encouragement are simple acts through which we can support each other.” These testimonies reflect Chaumet's commitment to fostering an environment where women can thrive and contribute to the ongoing journey toward equity. #IWD2025
