🚀 We are proud to open a new chapter of our entrepreneurial success story with the renewing of our shareholding structure with all our long-standing partners! All our historical investors have renewed their confidence in our company, with some even raising their participation, which is a strong signal confirming the solidity of our strategy. Ceva’s management, led by Dr. MARC PRIKAZSKY, has reinforced its participation reaffirming the company’s commitment to remaining independent. We’ve also opened our capital to INSTITUT MÉRIEUX (already Ceva's shareholder via Merieux Equity Partners) and ARCHIMED, a French investment fund led by a veterinarian, Dr Denis Ribon, who will help us go even further in our ambition to develop innovative solutions for all animals and accelerate our growth. To support innovation in animal health, the Bettencourt-Meyers and Mérieux families have increased their stake through the investment holding TÉTHYS INVEST and Mérieux Institute. Canadian pension investor PSP Investments | Investissements PSP, a long-term partner of Ceva, has also significantly increased its ownership in the group. Other companies, part of the "Friends of Ceva" include Sofiprotéol, the investment branch of the French group Avril, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. from Japan, as well as some local investment funds and the KLOCKE GRUPPE, are still involved in the Ceva’s adventure. Leading the group of long-standing minority investors is the Singapore-based global investment firm Temasek, joined by French investors EMZ Partners and Sagard, Asia-based HOPU Investments, and U.S.-based Continental Grain Company. Ceva would like to thank its advisors, Lazard, Rothschild & Co, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Callisto, and their teams for their support! At Ceva Santé Animale, our #OneHealth commitment drives us to promote responsible antimicrobial use and develop preventive solutions like vaccines to reduce reliance on antibiotics. The first European Sales and Use of Antimicrobials for Veterinary Medicine (ESUAvet) report, published by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), highlights the progress made in antimicrobial stewardship across Europe. With a 50% reduction in veterinary antibiotic sales over the past decade, the animal health sector is actively contributing to tackle #antimicrobialresistance (AMR). As members of AnimalhealthEurope, we are proud to support science-based decisions to protect both animals and humans. 📖 Read the full EMA report here: https://loom.ly/8xoNbYc #OneHealth #AnimalHealth #ESUAvet #AnimalhealthEurope

🌍 We are thrilled to announce a new strategic collaboration with the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), by the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish an #animalhealth innovation hub for Africa at ILRI’s Nairobi campus 🇰🇪 This initiative marks a major step forward in improving animal health and livestock management across Africa by fostering innovation, research, and capacity-building. With livestock diseases costing the continent an estimated $9 billion per year, this partnership will help develop tailored vaccines, real-time health monitoring systems, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen local expertise. By bringing together ILRI’s leading research capabilities and Ceva’s global expertise in animal health, we are committed to delivering real-world solutions for farmers and communities who depend on livestock for their livelihoods. A huge thank you to Prof. Dr. Appolinaire Djikeng, Director General of ILRI, and all our partners! #AnimalHealth #Livestock #Sustainability #Africa #PublicPrivatePartnership #OneHealth - CGIAR - Marie Ducrotoy - Annabel Slater - Musa Mulongo - Theo Kanellos - Fabian Kausche - Pierre Marie BORNE

At Ceva, we believe in a holistic approach to health that connects us all. On #WorldHealthDay, we reaffirm our commitment to being a #OneHealth company, dedicated to preserving the well-being of humans, animals, and our planet 🌍 💉 This vision is deeply rooted in our DNA and captured in our signature: "Together, beyond animal health." We focus on preventive medicine, combating zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance, ensuring food safety and security, and supporting sustainable agriculture. 🚀 A key part of this commitment is our fight against emerging diseases—both zoonotic ones that can threaten human health, and non-zoonotic ones that can devastate entire breeding farms, impacting their well-being and global food security. It is with this vision in mind that we recently inaugurated our genomics facility: #Biogenovac on our Beaucouzé Campus (France), dedicated to developing the next generation of vaccines to tackle these evolving threats. Let’s continue to work together to create a healthier, more sustainable world for future generations. 🌿 #WorldHealthDay #OneHealth #PreventiveMedicine #SustainableAgriculture #FoodSecurity

📸 Ceva took part in the IABS conference in Belgium! 🇧🇪 We were proud to sponsor the IABS conference in Brussels (March 25-26). This important event focused on "Preparedness and Response to Emerging Veterinary Disease Outbreaks." The conference covered critical topics, including epidemiological surveillance, strengthening detection mechanisms to ensure rapid responses to health threats. It also addressed vaccine availability, exploring regulatory processes and economic incentives to accelerate the availability of effective vaccines during crises. Finally, the event highlighted intersectoral collaboration, using integrated approaches involving human, animal, and environmental sectors for a coordinated response to outbreaks, in line with our core One Health approach. At Ceva, we remain committed to innovation and public health, continuing to play a key role in developing preventive solutions to protect both animal and human health. #IABS2025 #OneHealth #AnimalHealth #Innovation 📸 IABS - International Alliance for Biological Standardization

This #PetAnxietyMonth, let's take a moment to recognize the emotional well-being of our furry friends. Anxiety isn’t just a human experience—our pets can feel it too, and it can significantly affect their quality of life. Understanding the signs—such as restlessness, excessive barking, destructive scratching, inappropriate marking, or changes in behavior—is crucial. By creating a safe environment, maintaining a consistent routine, and seeking professional advice when needed, we can help alleviate their stress. At Ceva, we recognize the deep connection between pets and their families. Our commitment is to support their emotional and physical well-being, ensuring they are happy and have a balanced life. Let's commit to supporting our pets' mental health and ensuring they feel safe and loved. Together, we can make a difference in their lives, because when they thrive, so do we. 🐶🐱 #PetAnxietyMonth #PetWellbeing #AnimalCare #PetHealth #AnxietyAwareness #OneHealth
