🏆 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 "𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞́𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐝’𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐞"! 🥨 The 5th edition of the “Trophées des entreprises” (Alsace) took place on March 20th in Strasbourg. This event, organized by Journal L'Alsace, Dernières Nouvelles d'Alsace - DNA , and EBRA Events | L'Agence, rewarded committed and innovative economic actors, from start-ups to top executives. Damien Rossignon, Chairman of ALLIANCE ELECTRONICS, was nominated in the "Trophée du Chef d'entreprise" category. Julien Guay, co-founder of the startup Fizimed (connected medical devices to improve women’s health on a daily basis), was awarded the prize for social and societal innovation. Fizimed has just raised 4 million euros to continue growing, hiring and scaling up in France, Germany and is aiming for the United States. ALLIANCE ELECTRONICS, a partner of Fizimed since its creation, supports the laureates in prototyping, industrialization and mass production of medical equipment, and is very delighted with this award! Altrics Portugal, a member of ALLIANCE ELECTRONICS group, was chosen to train a new generation of local firefighters. 🧑🚒 These future heroes had the opportunity to visit their facilities in Braga, where, under the supervision of the most experienced people, they learned how to intervene in an emergency.  “Altrics Portugal is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the training of professionals who are so important to our community,” highlights Ana Pinheiro, Plant Manager at Altrics Portugal. A great moment between professionals! 👏

The latest MD Committee meeting was held in Paris last week, focusing on welcoming the newcomers in the alliance, TXCUBE and EMSFACTORY, but also taking stock of 2024 and preparing strategy and synergies for 2025. Following the arrival of TXCUBE in the ALLIANCE ELECTRONICS group, Elisabeth Partouche (CEO of TXCUBE) and Daniel MAWAS (CTO of TXCUBE) visited last week the Altrics Portugal plant, accompanied by Armel Fourreau (CEO of Alliance Electronics). This state-of-the-art facility will be key to offer "made-in-Europe" manufacturing to TXCUBE clients. Thank you Ana Pinheiro, Alvaro Costa and the rest of the team for, as always, the warm welcome!

Great success for ELEKTO's Open Day! 🗓️On Saturday October 12th, ELEKTO held an open day reserved for employees and their families, to discover the company and its activities. 300 people were invited to visit the site, thanks to the 39 volunteers on hand to lead tours, welcome visitors 👋, offer coffee ☕ and, for those with a sweet tooth, pastries...🍰 They were able to explore the company's 4500 m² and its many in-house skills. A group from TME also took part in the tour 😊(photo bottom left). Well done for such a good day!👏 ELEKTO x TME
