The results of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 revealed that ✔️ 70% of our customers received what they expected or more ✔️ 62% gave us top grades 9-10 (on a scale of 0 to 10) ✔️ 48 recommendation index (NPS) ➡️ While positive customer experiences inspire us to keep exceeding expectations, we also value the constructive feedback we received. ➡️ We will dig deep into the improvement areas pointed out in the survey. While there’s no magic wand we can wave to make everything perfect in one go, we’re determined to take small steps that drive meaningful change.
