Mabesal Takes Quality Control to the Next Level with the Grecon SimpleLab Gas Analyser, an Innovation in the Wood Industry 🌿 At Mabesal, we continue to drive quality and sustainability at every stage of our production process. As part of our factory modernization, we have successfully installed the Grecon SimpleLab Gas Analyser, which, along with the GA6000 system, provides us with a dual layer of security in emission control, ensuring compliance with both our customers and regulations. The Grecon SimpleLab Analyser is cutting-edge technology that measures formaldehyde emissions in real-time during manufacturing. This innovative system offers fast analysis, with results available in just a few hours ⏱️, and is CHEMVERBOTSV-approved, with CARB II / EPA certification in process, ensuring compliance with the strictest emission standards. Formaldehyde concentration is determined using laser technology, complemented by additional verification through wet measurement, conducted by our technical team using spectrophotometric analysis in accordance with EN ISO 12460-3 standards. The system’s ability to adapt to future regulatory changes ensures long-term reliability and compliance with evolving standards. At Mabesal, we are continuing to enhance our adhesive production process with the integration of the EasyGlue line and two EasyMix Magnum machines. These machines, made in Italy, allow us to produce adhesive mixtures at a capacity of up to 6,000 kg/h, offering precise control over ingredients to improve consistency and reduce production time. We also conduct rigorous tests in our own laboratory, ensuring every panel meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers. ➡️ How does this technology work? The EasyGlue line automates adhesive mixing, precisely controlling both liquid and powder components to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Mabesal is installing Imal Full Blister Classifier to enhance product quality. The Imal Full Blister Classifier (FBC200), manufactured in Italy, is an advanced system designed to detect unglued, delaminated, blown or low-density areas, bubbles, cracks, and other flaws inside the plywood. It uses high-resolution cameras and sensors to analyze each sheet as it moves along the production line, ensuring that both surface and internal irregularities are detected early. This installation is part of our ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology, alongside the recent installation of the Steinemann sanding machine. Both technologies are aimed at significantly improving our quality control processes.
