Imagine pedalling through a land shaped by fire and ice… 🔥🧊 This is what gravel riding in Iceland is like! This region is wild, remote, and utterly magical to ride in. Just picture: vast lava fields, towering glaciers, and rugged highlands stretching as far as the eye can see… 🤩 At ESC, we’ve put together a cycling tour in Iceland that is specifically designed for those who love a bit of adventure and exploring new places by bike (like we do!) 🚴 The journey begins in Reykjavik, Iceland’s bustling capital, where we’ll embark on a 7 day journey (520 km of riding in total) with each day bringing something new: → Gravel passes  → Glacial views → The strange beauty of the Midnight Sun (yes, the sun NEVER sets here in summer!) 😮☀️ But it’s not just about the ride. Portugal’s Douro Valley isn’t just breathtaking, it’s a paradise for cyclists and wine lovers! 🍷 Picture this: winding roads along endless vineyards, challenging climbs that reward you with stunning views, and afternoons spent tasting local wines. For six days and five nights, you could be pedalling through this paradise with our tour of the Douro Valley! 🤩 Here’s what makes this experience unforgettable: → Ride through lush vineyards on roads hugging Douro riverbanks.  → Discover hidden gems like Peso da Régua and Pinhão.  → Stay at luxurious five-star hotels that welcome you after every ride. Every detail is taken care of by our local guides who know every turn and secret spot (all you need to do is focus on pedalling, they handle everything else). 🚴 Daily rides average about two and a half hours, covering around 55km. Welcome to Slovenia! 🇸🇮 Fun fact: This region has some of the best roads for cycling, yet surprisingly, it’s not very crowded (even in ‘peak season’). 🤔 For those looking to escape the crowds and immerse themselves in nature, Slovenia is the perfect place!
