On Saturday, February 8, at the 11th Annual Akhbar Al Yom Conference, CEO Eng. Amr El Batrik announced new investments in our second Ain Sokhna industrial park, Green Industrial Hub (GI-HUB). This park covers 3.5 million sqm within the SCZone, and will cater to diverse industries, including green industries, green hydrogen, and all supporting sectors. Our first park, Sokhna 1 (now Sokhna Industrial Development Complex, or, SIDC), attracted $12 billion in factory investments across 10 million sqm, reinforcing Ain Sokhna’s position as a key industrial hub, and shows a promising future for our new project, GI-HUB. On February 3, 2025, we had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from the Egyptian Federation of Industries to our Sokhna 1 Complex (SIDC).
