Ecotel is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced "Technical Support Engineers" for one of our projects with the below qualifications and requirements: Job responsibilities: - Perform post-sales technical support such as commissioning, maintenance and integration for MSAN and GPON. - Maintain close working relationship with our key customers. - Provide technical solution and product training to customer when required. - Responsible to monitor and maintain access networks. - Testing new technologies before applying in network. - Ability for on-call duties in case of emergencies. - Ability for on-site troubleshooting if needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering of other related fields. - Strong understanding of (TCP/IP, MPLS,Voip,DNS,DHCP and Vlans) - Cisco certified network associate (CCNA) - 3:5 years of working experiences in telecommunication and the product above is an added advantage. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Very good commanded of English. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Teamwork and collaboration with other engineers and departments. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. Ecotel is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced " Health & Safety Section Head " with the below qualifications and requirements: Responsibilities: 1. Health & Safety Leadership • Develop and implement health & safety strategies tailored to the telecommunication industry. • Lead the safety team in promoting a strong safety culture across all departments. • Provide guidance and support to employees on safety protocols. 2. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, telecom industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001), and company policies. • Conduct risk assessments for telecom sites, including tower climbing, electrical safety, radio frequency (RF) exposure, and fiber optic hazards. • Monitor and evaluate safety risks associated with field operations, construction, and maintenance work. • Implement and oversee incident investigation procedures, identifying root causes and preventive actions. • Comply with the client requirements and seek client satisfactions by abiding to the client requirements and needs. 3. Training & Awareness • Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and field technicians. • Conduct safety briefings, emergency drills, and toolbox talks to enhance awareness. • Ensure all personnel working at heights (e.g., telecom tower climbers) have proper fall protection training and certification. 4. Audits & Inspections • Perform regular safety inspections at telecom sites, offices, and field operations. • Lead internal and external safety audits, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Recommend and implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues. 5. Incident Reporting & Emergency Response • Develop and maintain incident reporting systems for accidents, near-misses, and safety violations. • Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first-aid readiness. • Coordinate with emergency services in case of workplace incidents. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering agriculture / or equivalent • Certifications: NEBOSH IGC Is Mandatory • IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or similar safety qualifications are preferred. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred in Telecom Filed • Strong knowledge of telecom industry risks and all the telecom associated hazards. • Experience in leading teams, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety programs Possessing leadership in offices and sites also. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to travel to telecom sites and field locations as needed.
