New wheels, bold vibes, and a little car karaoke. 🚗🎶 We recently teamed up with Inchcape Motors to unveil their newest BYD models in Estonia …and turned the launch into a full experience. ✨ ✨ The night blended elegance and energy: live music from ÜENSO quartet, a ballet performance to classical strings, plus sets from Teele Viira, Indrek Varend, and DJ Widenski set the tone from start to finish. 🎤 The always-charismatic Karl-Erik Taukar hosted the event... and even jumped into a BYD for some spontaneous karaoke. 🍸 Custom BYD-branded cocktails were a hit, paired with beautiful florals by Floart and catering by Tervise Catering. 🚘 Guests got a full look at the new models and the brand's vision in Estonia — with plenty of time to explore, connect, and yes even sing a little karaoke in the cars. In the beginning of the year, Tanel Lillepalu and Martin Rauam packed their bags and headed to Switzerland for the 27Names meeting. → A gathering where some of the best live communication agencies in Europe come together to talk, think, and challenge the future of our industry. Seven years, four roles, and countless unforgettable events - Mari-Liis Nõlvak journey with us has been nothing short of an adventure. Starting as a Junior Project Manager, she worked her way up to COO, leading some of our most ambitious projects and shaping how we operate today. Here are three defining moments in her Jolos career: 📌 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗-𝟭𝟵 – When live events came to a halt, we had to adapt fast. One of the biggest challenges? Organizing a two-hour live show in Helsinki for Wolt, while borders were closed. With special permits, our team pulled off an unforgettable internal communications event. 📌 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – From Wise Days 2022, a three-day event with 1,900+ attendees from 100 nationalities, to managing a 500-person event team, she has mastered high-impact project execution. This event also marked Jolos' first pilot in sustainable event management. 📌 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗢𝗢 – The biggest and most exciting transition yet - leading Jolos' operations with strategy, innovation, and growth in mind. How do you create a festive and warm Christmas atmosphere in a venue that naturally feels like a sunken world? That was the challenge we took on for Bolt’s Christmas party, where the badgers gathered at the Seaplane Harbor in December. With its deep-sea backdrop and rich maritime history, the venue set the tone. We shaped the event around Bolt’s end-of-year mindset, creating a celebration that was both festive and futuristic. ✨ 🟢 Sunken Wonderland was born → Inspired by the venue’s otherworldly feel, we imagined a futuristic underwater city, almost like Atlantis, where innovation, celebration, and giving back came together. 🟢 Giving back with the Do Good Hub → The heart of the event was spreading real holiday joy. Guests could prepare food packages for families in need and elderly community members, decorate gingerbread cookies with heartfelt messages, and take a moment to make a difference. 🟢 A test of creativity and engineering skills → The "Gingerbread House" Charity Challenge put Bolt’s innovative thinking to the test. Three teams raced against time to construct and decorate the most impressive gingerbread structure. The winning team earned prize money to donate to a charity of their choice. 🟢 A night to remember → Bolt’s own band, Trad.Attack!, and DJ duo Gita Siimpoeg & Jüri Pootsmann kept the party going until 5 AM. Bringing the warmth of Christmas into a venue with such a strong underwater identity was a unique challenge, but the result was a night full of energy, joy, and a true sense of community. 🚀 Huge thanks to Bolt for trusting us once again to bring their vision to life and for always bringing their own creative energy to the party.
