Sofie has been with NNIT for several years and values the balance between her professional and personal life. Work-life balance is crucial for Sofie. She states, "I have always been open about the fact that my work will never be the most important thing in my life. The boundaries I set for myself are always respected without question at NNIT". This respect for personal boundaries is echoed throughout the company, with leaders promoting a healthy work culture. Sofie is soon to be a mother of two, and she is very excited about this new chapter in her life. While her family is her top priority, she remains enthusiastic about her job. As a member of the Cyber-AI team, which is rapidly evolving with new systems and opportunities, it might seem like she is missing out. However, Sofie knows that she can trust her manager to understand her interests and skills, both now and when she returns. She says, "I trust that my manager knows what I find interesting and what I want to work on. He understands my skills and passions." This trust allows her to focus on the aspects of her job that she finds most fulfilling, without worrying about her future role. In her role, Sofie finds great satisfaction in contributing valuable insights to her customers. "When working with customers, whether in the private or public sector, I feel that I contribute something valuable.
