Alexander is one of Denmark’s young top talents. We’re happy to share that DSV’s Alexander Bjørn Jensen is now part of the prestigious Talent 100 list, compiled by Berlingske – a yearly selection of some of the most talented persons under the age of 36. This is a well-deserved recognition for Alexander’s work at the forefront of DSV's green transition to the benefit of customers, society, and the company itself. In the role of Manager for Road Sustainability and Head of Global Road Decarbonisation Programme, Alexander has played a key part in shaping the processes, structures, and strategies that allow DSV to scale green technologies efficiently. This strategy includes the deployment of over 2,000 electric trucks in the coming years - a crucial part of our journey towards sustainability. Senior Director, Sustainability, Kenneth Jensen: "Alexander Bjørn Jensen is an important figure in the organisation when it comes to establishing the foundation that ensures our operations, sales, and finance departments can scale green solutions effectively." Among other initiatives, Alexander and his team are behind the financial analyses that form the basis for the prioritisation of technologies and markets in which DSV Road invests to achieve the green transition. Alexander says: "I am honored to be recognised for my role in driving DSV's green transition. This recognition reflects the collective effort of my team to implement sustainable solutions that will shape a greener, more efficient future for our customers and our company." This is also a testament to our work in promoting and developing talents in DSV. Please join us in congratulating Alexander and his team on this achievement – a truly well-earned honor! https://ow.ly/uAJp50VvfKM

The automotive industry has become increasingly reliant on semiconductors as cars evolve into complex, software-driven systems. It's no longer about building a simple car; it's about integrating cutting-edge technology into every vehicle. This shift creates interesting challenges and opportunities for both car manufacturers and tech companies, and not least for companies like DSV who work to bridge the gap between the two industries. These were some of the themes Niels Larsen, our Global Head of Technology & Healthcare had a chance to talk about at this year’s Forum Automobillogistik 2025, in Dresden, Germany. “It was great to attend Forum Automobillogistik this year and meet with existing partners and make new connections. The event provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the importance of building strategic partnerships and the crucial role of freight forwarders in mitigating supply chain challenges and driving industry innovation,” says Niels Larsen. At DSV, we design, implement and operate comprehensive global automotive supply chain solutions for individual parts, components, subassemblies and finished vehicles for OEMs and their suppliers. From the world’s largest automotive manufacturers to start up electric mobility manufacturers.
