Caroline and Sarah from Aarhus University recently spent time at our Aarhus office as part of their bachelor project in Educational Science. They explored organisational culture with a focus on motivation and wellbeing, which are themes we care a lot about. To get a broad perspective, they spent a week observing our work, and afterwards, interviewed colleagues from different departments. We did our best to not look suspicious while being observed and answer thoughtfully. They are now busy writing up their findings and we are looking forward to reading what they took away from their time with us. Can’t wait to hear what we’re like from an academic point of view! #Cadpeople #organisationalculture #studentcollaboration #wellbeing

Technology-led visual communication agency. We create visual experiences that engage people.
Om os
We are Cadpeople, a B2B visual communication agency focused on digital learning and digital marketing. We specialise in making the complex simple through compelling, visual storytelling and cutting-edge technologies. Our team consists of strategists, conceptual developers, designers, developers, copywriters, and learning specialists, all of whom share our passion for creating engaging visual experiences. Our approach to marketing is rooted in the belief that effective communication is the key to success. Whether it's explaining complex solutions, ideas, or products, we leverage our deep roots in technology to deliver simple and effective communication. Our digital marketing services encompass a broad range of solutions tailored to your specific needs. We are also one of Denmark's largest digital learning houses, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Our expertise in visual communication allows us to create digital learning solutions that are more interactive and engaging than traditional approaches. From simulation and gamification to learning modules and blended learning, our digital learning solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. At Cadpeople, we believe that visual communication has the power to connect people and transform the way we learn and engage with the world. Our goal is to make the world a better place, one project at a time. We pride ourselves on never choosing technology for technology's sake. Instead, we focus on the subject matter and leverage technology as a container for the story. We make the complex simple from our two offices in Aarhus and Edinburgh.

Last week, our internal Fred. Olsen Windcarrier team had the chance to see the result of our collaboration live at WindEurope. In the lead-up to the fair, we supported Fred. Olsen Windcarrier with stand design, marketing materials and visual identity. Seeing it all come to life on the show floor was something else. On Wednesday, we also joined their stand reception. Great people, good conversations and yes, there was a magician. “Working with Fred. Olsen Windcarrier is always a collaborative process. Whether it’s digital or physical, it’s about telling their story clearly. Seeing that story unfold at WindEurope was a proud moment.” – Lonnie Bach, Project Manager, Cadpeople A great moment to see it all in action. #WindEurope2025 #Cadpeople #FredOlsenWindcarrier #visualidentity #collaboration #offshorewind

Three things we’re taking with us from WindEurope It’s safe to say the exhibition floor is alive and well. We showed up, caught up, and had some great conversations with the people shaping the industry. Here’s a bit of what stuck with us: 1. People want to meet – the best conversations don’t always happen in inboxes. 2. Small things make a big difference: A clear message or a strong visual still goes a long way. 3. Good things happen when we create together! We loved seeing our work in action. Oh, and we had our faces printed on a coffee, which we’re still not over. #WindEurope2025 #cadpeople #visualcommunication #windindustry #collaboration

Tuesday was one of those days at WindEurope that reminds us why we love what we do - especially when we spot Cadpeople solutions along the way. It’s always lovely to see our work out in the wild. Let’s take a quick look back at the day: First stop was the DigiWind stand, where Laura and Camilla gave hands-on demos of our simulator and virtual campus. We also visited several of our partners’ stands to see our solutions in action. While Jens and Thomas powered through a full day of meetings, Sean split his time between conversations and checking in at the Scottish Pavilion. Plenty of catch-ups, new faces and yes, lots of coffee. All in all, a solid day at Bella Center! #WindEurope2025 #DigiWind #cadpeople #visualcommunication #windindustry #renewables

We’re not just talking about IT security – we’re putting it to the test. For the first 10 weeks of 2025, Tobias joined us as an intern from Erhvervsakademiet Aarhus, where he studies IT Technology. Although his internship officially ended in March, we’ve been lucky to keep him around while he wraps up his final project. With guidance from our CTO, Nikolaj, he’s simulating a ransomware test project in a controlled setting to help us identify vulnerabilities and understand how a real breach might unfold. IT security is becoming an integral part of our work; however, this is a good reminder that there’s always something new to learn. We'll return with a few takeaways once Tobias wraps up his final report. Curious? So are we. #cybersecurity #internship #itsafety #digitalresponsibility

Meet the team heading to WindEurope! From 8 to 10 April, twelve of us will be roaming the halls at Bella Center. Some are there all three days, others just the first or last two - but between us, we’ve got it covered. If you’re around and feel like catching up, you’re more than welcome to reach out to one of our Business Development Managers: Jens, Sean, Thomas, Claus, and Jonas. Or come say hi to: Lonnie, Camilla, Kristine, Katrine, Johanne, Laura and Celia. We’ll be around for chats and ideas, possibly with coffee in hand. Looking forward to WindEurope 2025! It’s not every day you end up on BBC News. But a few days ago, our animations did. The tunnel and bridge connecting Denmark and Germany are under construction. When finished, it will be the world’s longest immersed tunnel. To help explain how something this complex is actually coming together, we created a film using real footage, 3D and motion graphics. The animation was made in 2021, and it’s still being circulated. It just goes to show that good communication tends to stick around. Want to see the BBC feature with a little Cadpeople cameo? We’re headed to WindEurope in Copenhagen in April! Just a quick heads-up for now - we’ll be there from 8-10 April and will be showing some cool solutions from the DigiWind stand. We hope to meet a lot of our clients, partners, and friends-we-don't-know-yet in Copenhagen. If you want to meet up, please reach out. Psst... The graphic might make it look like we’ve got a time machine. We don’t. Not yet. But we will be very present this year. In 2025. #WindEurope2025 #visualcommunication #renewableenergy WindEurope

Digital learning doesn’t just happen behind a screen – it takes planning, creativity, and sometimes even a trip out of the office. Here we are, out on location shooting for a client project (we can’t say much yet), but what we can say is that it’s all about making learning more accessible, engaging, and effective. From training and onboarding to skill development, digital learning comes in many forms. What’s important is, that digital learning should meet people where they are – not the other way around.

Back in February, we welcomed a new Graphic Designer to the team, and now it’s finally time to introduce her properly. Meet Olivia 🌟 Half French and raised between two cultures, Olivia has been skiing since she could walk - so yes, she’s probably the one zooming past you on the slopes. When she’s not flying down a mountain, she’s running (a lot). In fact, she’s gearing up for her first marathon in May 🏃♀️ And if that wasn’t enough energy, she also finds time to create stunning (and delicious) cakes, which we hope to get a taste of soon! We’re excited to have Olivia on board and can’t wait to see her creativity in action. Welcome, Olivia!
