Pro tier developper here.

So I see the changes have been rolled out.

I’m looking forward to purchasing the new annual tiers and we have put our tiers on hold for the transition.

I need to specify to my contractor how the “billed annually” works. I’m representing a big company where we are required to go through contractors because of the lack of option for bank transfers (and so as to pay via card).

Can you please tell me what is going to happen when we purchase an annual plan? In particular:

  • Is the purchase validating the next 12 API cycles?
  • or is it like an annual cycle, e.g. starting in January, so that if I purchase it it only takes a partial amount up until January, and then we have to make another payment for the period until next January?

I need to plan the number of payments my contractor will have to do, and when. This impacts quite a lot of things.

Can you please help by sharing that information?

Circling back on this.
Is the annual plan only a single one-shot payment whatever the current date? Or is it a cycle like until January with partial amount until January and then a full cycle again?

Please this information is crucial for us renewing our plans accordingly with our contractor. We have been a ‘pro’ tier subscriber for the last 6 months.
