Hi there!

I am developing a chatbot, and managed to: successfully register the webhook and develop the webhook processing endpoint. However, only the DM’s that I send with my profile (account that was used to create the app is different from the account that the webhook subscription is set up) are being sent to the webhook server.

Am I missing something? Or set up something wrong?

PS: Using the premium sandbox API.

Are you able to confirm that both subscriptions have been created? That would be my starting point.
