We use the twitter account activity API to track engagement metrics for our clients. Everything is setup correctly, and we receive web-hook events for both favorites and new-follows. Unfortunately we aren’t seeing any web-hook activity for un-follow events. Are you broadcasting those events? Thanks!
Unfollows (by user) are available but it looks like Unfollows (of user) are not, for unfollows you’ll need to check counts, cache and periodically compare using
GET followers/ids | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform or GET followers/list | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform
