API will be changed from Free to Basic.
In that case, will I lose the monthly fee if I enter at the end of the month?
(If I enter on the 30th, do I have to pay for a month in one day?)
Or will the month start counting from the day I subscribe to Basic?

I am having trouble and would like to know.
