Twitter introduced the feature to top off the monthly cap not so long ago: Announcing a Top-Up option for developers using Basic & Pro tiers. I wonder how can I query the progress of the monthly cap, and how can programmatically top it off.

Looks like Basic tier can top up 10 times per cycle which would be great. Not as great however if I’d need to baby sit it manually.

I’m wondering about it, too.
I want to buy Basic model since my bot will need to be topped up
but I’m afraid of not being able to top it up in programatic ways.
