Hello,

I have a twitter bot under the name @composition369. This bot is for an nft collection and has been running for over a year. Suddenly it got suspended, and nobody is telling me why or what I did wrong or for the matter, any warning of violations prior to the suspension. I am incredibly upset. This is my job, my pay, my career on the line. I have also said several times in multiple messages that the given email is not my email. The account could have been hacked. I have checked the reasons and none of them are matching my bot/account.

  • Creating serial and/or multiple accounts with overlapping uses
  • Evading a permanent suspension by creating or using another account
  • Cross-posting Tweets or links across multiple accounts
  • Aggressive following, particularly through automated means

Twitter support is just continually closing the case, without communicating. Is it really how they handle things? No clear explanation about what is potentially wrong to help us fix it? So all we can do is tell our community “we don’t really know why, twitter suspended the bot”?..

What can we do now? i guess there is no point to create another account? I find it very rude and not friendly at all, we don’t disturb, don’t auto follow or anything, we just tweet, i don’t see where was the break of the rules…all i did was post about a NFT sale (personal) and get into give aways (that i also make)

I would love an explanation on this.

@Harmon758 i did. nobody would respond and kept closing the case, even when i just wanted an archive. you don’t have to be a jerk. look at how your coworker did a better job handling the situation than you with a similar case.

Please don’t make duplicate posts about the same thing.

I’m not a Twitter employee, so I’m not sure what you mean by coworker, but again, this is not the right place to ask for help with issues related to account suspension.

Neither copying from and duplicating other posts nor being ironically rude is going to change that.
