I want to pay for and purchase the basic level of access to the X (Twitter) API to retrieve data from public pages of NPOs (e.g., tweets, images, likes, number of replies, etc.) for my academic paper(research). My question is: does purchasing the access level allow me to get the data directly, or do I also need to contact X (Twitter) and obtain paper-based authorization?
