Cycle-Based Training – In Harmony with Your Body ☕️🎓 Today, I had the opportunity to host a Coffee Lecture at the Technische Universität Berlin - Universitätsbibliothek on behalf of TU-Sport, sharing insights on how to adapt training to the different phases of the menstrual cycle. We discussed when movement and intense training are beneficial, when rest is crucial, and how to feel balanced and strong throughout every phase. There is still a significant data gap in sports science when it comes to the menstrual cycle. That’s why it’s essential to raise awareness and break the taboo surrounding this topic. The engaging discussions today highlighted just how much interest and need there is for better education in this area. A huge thank you to everyone who participated! As a trainer and a TU-Sport team member, I am committed to driving this conversation forward and advocating for more inclusive and evidence-based approaches in sports. 🚀
