Two weeks into the XPLORE Venture Creator program 🚀 (part of UnternehmerTUM — Europe’s #1 startup hub, according to the Financial Times) Here are some key learnings we’re taking away for Tender-AI so far: Your biggest risk isn’t tech — it’s the market. The question isn’t can we build it — it’s should we? Validation starts with proving people care, not proving your model works. The Value Proposition is not a feature list. It’s about the real job customers are hiring you to solve. Your product is the bridge — not the destination. Your customer is not "IT companies" or "SMEs". It’s Anna, the business development manager at an IT service provider, wasting hours every week filtering irrelevant tenders just to find a handful worth pursuing. Solve her pain — not a market-sized abstraction. Every assumption is a hidden risk. Mapping our riskiest assumptions made one thing clear — If we skip testing, we risk solving problems no one has (and wasting months of work). Market sizing isn't about TAM slides — it's about picking the right beachhead. Where is your wedge? Where can you win fast and learn faster? That’s the real market strategy. Team is the multiplier. Ideas evolve. Markets shift. Tech changes. But execution — and the trust to challenge each other — is what compounds. We’ve learned a ton already. The next weeks?
