The morning meetings ensure every employee is informed at the same level, fostering transparency and unity. During these meetings, a fan corner is embedded to express gratitude to coworkers for their exceptional contributions, such as solving problems from the previous day. The hall where the morning meetings takes place is adorned with flags representing the home countries of each employee, highlighting the commitment to diversity. To enhance connectivity, a Red Team is available to address any issues in real time (the response time at a test was incredible), including support from indirect employees. 👀 Customer Orientation: Don't Let the Furby Down! 👀 Customer orientation is key. To symbolize the commitment, Furby toys are placed on semi-finished products to represent customers eagerly awaiting their orders. A Furby without a product falls to the floor, reminding to never let the customers down. The morning meeting hall is a testament to cosmopolitanism and openness, with the company slogan beautifully displayed in each customer's language. This reflects the dedication to inclusivity and global reach, which are integral parts of the DNA. 🐞Humorous Creativity: How ladybugs multiply 🐞 A sticker of a ladybug symbolizes improvement potential, inspired by the software world where bugs represent problems. You can see these stickers e.g. at a door which need some fresh coloring. It's a lighthearted reminder that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Additionally, the material transport boxes have emotions too! Everyone is encouraged to bring them back home before they get homesick. It's a fun way to foster connection and care within the team. I am thankful for the opportunity to see a company with such open-minded individuals who are always happy to explain and showcase their expertise. The lean mindset here is absolutely mind-blowing, and the open attitude of everyone during the lean tour has made a significant impact on me to feel welcomed.
