Last week our OSH Leadership Team had an incredible week in India. This was a significant undertaking from our team, supported by our SLT and from our leaders in India. Special thanks to Terry Jackson, Manish Mehan, Anil Raina and to everyone else who supported our visit. So much to take away as a group and I am grateful everyone took the time to commit to such a valuable and professionally rewarding week in Delhi. Key learnings for me were: ✅ There is great effort in India to drive our safety transformation; this came through strongly in our conversations with Supervisors, Technicians and Leaders ✅ I am really proud of the way our OSH Leaders are turning up in the field. They all seek to listen, learn and support our field teams whilst encouraging continuous improvement ✅ Time spent in the field as a leadership team is so powerful. Our team comes away stronger, singularly focused and committed to our goal of ensuring that everyone gets home safely. ✅ On the final day the team took part in a community-based activity which was really worthwhile.
