In November, with support of my colleagues in Humber Polytechnic , GEA College and The University of Salford, we arranged an International Hackathon. A four days case competition challenge about export entrepreneurship with help of our Client Nieno. Each teams have been tasked to work on in-trade & off-trade of Nieno UG Rosé - German Wine. This project helped my students to enhance their problem solving skills, networking, market research and presentation skills. It helps me also personally to also exchange with my colleagues and understand how a project like this could be managed in different institutions and environments. Needless to say the project provided tremendous knowledge about the export environment in UK, Canada & Slovenia for a start-up like Nieno. The abbreviation "Nie no" in German means "Never Say No". I would also never say No to such collaboration again. Looking forward to our next Global Entrepreneurship Week Hackathon.
