    Purchasing at our online marketplace means having the choice between over 1.3 million #products from more than 900 vendors and 1,300 #sellers that meet the needs of #professional customers.   It’s a platform that offers everything from grill plates to serviettes, all with a guarantee of quality. Launched in Germany back in 2019, the marketplace has since also gone online in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. All the approved sellers are traders and they themselves benefit from METRO/MAKRO being a strong brand as well as from its infrastructure.     #Cashless payment is convenient. Take the restaurant business, for example: a representative survey by YouGov conducted in January 2025 found that 55% of German visitors to restaurants prefer contactless payment by card, mobile or QR code in the restaurant; among those under 45, the figure is 73%. If a business wants to offer its guests or customers a simple and uncomplicated way to pay by card or smartphone, it can now do so with #DISHPayNow. Tap to Pay, cashless tipping, digital receipts, secure refunds and a comprehensive payment history – all with just one tool. Our digital subsidiary DISH Digital Solutions, which is driving the digitalisation of the hospitality industry with digital services and solutions, is launching this new, easy-to-implement payment product.     The majority of restaurant guests are already familiar with and using digital services. With DISH Digital Solutions, we offer our customers professional solutions to take their business to the next level and #meet their guests where they are.  The advantages? They can better respond to current challenges such as #profitability pressure and staff #shortages with the help of digital processes and mitigate them to some extent.
