    Womanizer recently sought to sponsor a driver for NASCAR's 2025 racing season. Despite NASCAR's history of accepting sponsorships from male sexual health brands such as VIAGRA, ExtenZe, and GAINSWave, Womanizer's proposal was declined.     As an advocate for women’s empowerment, Womanizer was eager to create more opportunity for more women to join the sport. In fact, there are currently no women racing at the highest level of NASCAR. Despite discussions that emphasized the brand’s premium status and assurance that no sex toy would appear on the race car, NASCAR ultimately declined.    In response to NASCAR’s decision, Womanizer has taken over a major billboard outside Daytona International Speedway, just down the road from NASCAR’s headquarters, throughout February to highlight the organization’s contradictory sponsorship policies and call for change. A mobile billboard will also be traveling around Daytona International Speedway on the Daytona 500 Press Day, ensuring that attending journalists take notice and further highlighting this bias.    “This isn’t just about one sponsorship rejection; this is about addressing a larger cultural bias,” said Verena Singmann, Head of PR for Womanizer. “Women’s sexual wellness is a legitimate industry that plays a positive role in self-confidence and connection. If NASCAR has previously accepted brands that cater to men’s intimacy and performance, why is female pleasure where they draw the line?”    Last but not least, NASCAR partners with alcohol, nicotine, and firearm brands, highlighting inconsistencies in its moral boundaries by permitting products with known health and safety risks, while prohibiting a brand that is proven to enhance well-being.    Learn more about Womanizer and our response here: https://lnkd.in/dk-k9PbU

    Who knew breakfast could be so risqué?    Today Lovehoney launches an ad campaign in response to surprise new UK legislations that classify crumpets and porridge– as “junk food". The breakfast staples will be banned from being advertised on TV before the 9pm watershed from 2025.     Womanizer Pop-up Store in Berlin Simply WOW! 😮 We are still overwhelmed by the feedback and the sheer volume of people that came to our Pop-up Store in Berlin last week! We had over 600 people who wanted to try Womanizer Vibe in the Pleasure Room and listen to some spicy stories from xounds. People waited more than 3 hours to get their hands on our latest product. It was a huge success and so much fun to engage with our customers directly - to hear what Womanizer and sexual empowerment means to all of them! We created a space where people felt comfortable to talk about self-love. So many engaging conversations, curious questions and happy faces – we could not have asked for more.     To kick off Menopause Awareness Month, Womanizer has partnered with the Kinsey Institute which has revealed the best-kept secret in menopause relief: Pleasure.    We surveyed 3,000 Americans about menopause basics, its impact on sex and pleasure and symptom management.   We uncovered that masturbation and sex stand out as highly effective strategies for symptom relief, with 1 in 10 women using masturbation as their primary tool for managing symptoms. Sex and masturbation were also both rated among the most effective methods for symptom relief. But why don't more women know about this? Because doctors aren't talking about.
