    BIG NEWS! We are thrilled to announce that Loyi has successfully closed a pre-seed round of 425,000 EUR and formed a strategic partnership that will allow us to offer our solution to Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. DG Nexolution will be the major investor, with the round also including prominent investors such as Vision Lab by Earlybird Venture Capital, Startup Wise Guys, 3 Comma Capital SCR, SA, and others. The funds will be used to further develop our product, grow our team, and accelerate market adoption. With this new strategic partnership with DG Nexolution we plan to onboard Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken as the first customers in the banking sector to use the white-label version of the Loyi platform. This white-label solution will enable Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken to offer customized loyalty programs, powered with #WEB3 and #AI under their own brand. Their values—social responsibility, sustainability, and participation—align well with the next generation. But how can these values be brought to life through digital innovation? Together with DG Nexolution and the Gewinnsparverein der Volksbanken und Raiffeisenbanken in Baden-Württemberg e.V., we piloted an NFT project to explore how blockchain technology can drive innovation, increase customer engagement, and create excitement.     This morning, I woke up to a discount email from Ryanair but instead of feeling excited, I caught myself thinking, "Why me? Why now?" I didn’t even have travel plans, and the discount felt completely irrelevant. This experience highlights a common mistake brands make: sticking to transactional engagement when they could tap into experiential engagement instead. Here’s a better way Ryanair (or any brand) could approach this: 🎯 Add an element of fun and personalization. Instead of a generic discount, offer customers the chance to win a reward. For example: - Challenge customers to vote for their top 3 dream destinations for 2025. - Once completed, reveal a 15% discount code as their reward. Why this approach works: -It makes the experience feel personalized and engaging. -You can offer smaller discounts (e.g., 15% instead of 20%) because customers are already excited by the interaction. -You gain valuable insights about customer preferences, which helps with future targeting. Would I book a flight if this was the offer? Absolutely. It would feel fun, engaging, and tailor-made for me. What about you? Would this kind of offer catch your attention? P.S.
