E-175 EP5 E2 prototype successfully installed We are proud to announce the successful installation of our first E-175 EP5 E2 wind turbine! The prototype of our new flagship with a rated output of 7.0 MW was erected in Wachendorf, Germany. Thanks to the entire team which did a great job to make this happen! 👏💚 With the completion of turbine assembly we are opening a new chapter in the history of high-performance and high-yield wind turbines. The innovative turbine concept, including a separable PM generator designed as an outer rotor, makes our new top model a game changer in the Direct Drive segment and paves the way for future digital services and customer solutions. 👉 Find out more about the prototype installation on our website: https://lnkd.in/eDGUqFw7 #ENERCON #renewables #energytransition #windenergy #climatechange #success #achievement #teamwork #innovation

We are thrilled to support LCL Data Centers in their ambitious mission to generate 40% of their energy consumption from renewable sources by 2030. ENERCON is proud to be installing 2x E-82 Wind Energy Converters, marking a significant step towards a sustainable future. Together, we are powering a greener tomorrow! #greenenergy #energyfortheworld #windenergy #sustainable
🌍⚡ 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀: 𝗟𝗖𝗟 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆! We at LCL have taken a significant step in our ambitious sustainability objectives: we are putting into operation three new wind turbines. It is important to us to link our electricity consumption to our own production of green energy ensuring more renewable power is available for Belgium’s energy grid. ✅ 6.9 MW of renewable energy added to the grid ✅ Providing up to 13.5 million kWh of wind energy annually ✅ Generating additional renewable energy Two of our wind turbines are located along the E19, on the left side of the E19 motorway when traveling from Brussels to Antwerp. Be sure to look for the LCL logo at the top, on the turbine nacelle. Our goal remains to produce 40% of the energy we consume by 2030. We are growing at a rate of about 10% per year, so we continue to be on the lookout for new green energy projects! We are very pleased to announce that we have entered into a Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) with Fred. Olsen Renewables. Windy Standard III Wind Farm, will see the installation of 12 x E-138 EP3 E3 4.26MW (using 4.5 MW Yield Optimised Mode) on 111m Steel Tower and 8 x E-115 EP3 E3 4.2MW on 67m Steel Tower, with a total installed capacity of 87.6 MW. The project will be installed in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. “With this project, we are pleased to further strengthen our presence in the UK. ENERCON's proactive support to project enablement, harnessing the breadth of expertise throughout our company, helped us to be chosen as the OEM partner for Windy Standard III.” says Johan Terpstra, ENERCON’s Head of Western Europe, “We are grateful for Fred Olsen’s trust and partnership, and we are looking forward to further strengthening this relationship by delivering what we have promised on this project.” #ENERCON #EnergyfortheWorld #renewables #WindEnergy #ScottishEnergy #RenewableUK #Scotland

Last week, ENERCON and Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta signed the Final Notice to Proceed for the installation of an E-138 EP3 E3 wind turbine at WDODelta's water treatment plant. This marks a significant milestone in WDODelta's journey towards sustainability. Since 2017, WDODelta has been committed to becoming electricity-neutral by 2025 and energy-neutral by 2030. The new wind turbine will generate energy to power the sewage treatment plant, with any surplus energy being fed back into the electricity grid. #energyfortheworld #energyneutral #windenergy

ENERCON technicians were part of an emergency operation training on Ternois wind farm. Thanks to the #ENERCON team involved for their participation and to #SDIS62 and #H2airGT for their trust.
#H2airGT #sécurité #éolien #HSE The Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise fire and rescue centre asked H2air GT, the operator of the Ternois wind farm, to visit the site as part of its training programme for fire fighters. Joined by the ENERCON maintenance engineer, the rescue team was able to see inside an E70 turbine, from the tower to the rotor and the nacelle. These visits help to build a relationship of trust between the wind energy industry and the emergency services. They are crucial to guarantee a high level of safety for all those involved and for our customers' installations. 🎥 Iminance - Film de communication & vidéo marketing

Introducing the New E-138 EP3 Variant for High-Wind Sites! We are excited to announce that ENERCON is expanding its product portfolio with the new E-138 EP3 variant, specifically designed for strong wind sites. This new variant will replace the discontinued E-82 EP2 E4, ensuring our customers continue to benefit from cutting-edge turbine technology. Like all E-138 EP3 turbines, the new variant offers an improved power curve, enabling around 1.5 % higher annual energy yields (AEP). While maintaining the standard E-138 EP3 hardware design, we have introduced new load-optimised operating modes, an adapted proactive service strategy, and stronger cast components to handle high wind conditions. The first installation will be part of a pilot project in the UK in early 2026, with further projects planned across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. 👉 For more information, visit our newsroom: https://lnkd.in/ejerJq8c #enercon #renewables #energytransition #windenergy #climatechange #onshore #launch #product #wind

Last week, Johan Terpstra (Head of ENERCON Western Europe) joined Linda Verduin - de Vries and Mr. Korterink of the Gemeente Noordoostpolder for a tour around our office and training facilities in Emmeloord. During this visit, they discussed the impact of green energy and the need for local sourcing of wind energy. The community of the Noordoostpolder has played an active role over the past years to contribute to this. They also discussed Europe's 2030 target ambitions for onshore wind and the constraints that different political climates place on greenfield and repowering projects. Additionally, they talked about the importance of grid and faster permitting to meet the needs of developing projects. We need to work closer together to achieve this ambition. The involvement of the local communities and provinces are key. We thank Ms. Verduin and Mr. Korterink for their visit and the open discussion. We were proud to show them our facilities. #greenenergy #onshorewind #energyforthefuture #windenergy
