How fast will the future become the present? Congratulations to the team of Eller + Eller Architekten that our project for Siemens Healthineers in #Bengaluru, #India was presented at the 10th anniversary of the Vitra #WorkPanorama Tour 2025 by Raphael Gielgen. The evening impressively demonstrated how profound the change in the world of work is and the opportunities that exist when we commit ourselves to the future. In an inspiring presentation, Raphael highlighted key issues that companies and organisations should be considering now. One of these is the need for Next Work Skills: "Adaptability and continuous learning are essential in order to remain competitive in a rapidly changing world of work. Companies are increasingly focusing on skills that foster innovative, project-based teams." Another takeaway from the evening was that the real superpower of human beings is their sociality and their ability to learn socially. We need social spaces and activities. We need social occasions and events, because real physical experience gives that spark of creativity that disappears when you sit in front of a computer all the time. Let’s make the office great again!

Our architects attach great importance to designing environmentally friendly and integrated, energy-efficient solutions. Our projects are characterized by a high degree of social responsibility – not only in relation to materials and production but also regarding social and community-creating spaces. It‘s great sharing Expertise + Experiences Dr. Christian Seemann
Workplace effectiveness is the new key performance indicator for successful organisations. That's why in our work we are deeply involved in the development of New Work concepts. Thank you CBRE Germany for the small workshop and the friendly exchange in your new BEAM office space in Berlin. Erasmus Eller and Claudia Wulf, our Head of Interior Design, have had a great time visiting Dr. Christian Seemann and the team Irina Tuponja, Lucia Ritscher-Filka, Rosa Zmugg and Ane Nicolas Rodriguez and got inspiring insights into the modern and flexible working environments in the new office space, which is designed according to the principles of the activity-based working. An exceptional showcase of how interior design is driven by user needs. #Architektur #architecture #innenarchitektur #interiordesign #officedesign #newwork #ExperienceDesign #innovation #ZukunftGestalten #shapingthefuture #Bauaufgaben #teamwork #ellerellerarchitekten

Many thanks to Waldemar Köhler and RIBA EUROPE for the invitation and first-class organisation. It was a valuable event for sharing experiences with other professionals and learning about the innovative future perspectives of other companies.
Project Director at CBRE GWS Germany | RIBA & AKRP Architect | RIBA Councillor for Europe (except UK) | UNICEF Germany Team Lead
It was a delightful experience connecting with numerous individuals from the creative industry at the RIBA EUROPE event in #Frankfurt. The event featured engaging presentations and insightful tours covering #architecture, #realestate, #education and #culture. The very impressive lineup of speakers, including Carl Bäckstrand from Architects' Council of Europe (ACE-CAE), Dr. Susanne Jaschko from the British Council, Antje Mertig from RICS/RICS in Deutschland, Bernhard Brandstetter from Turner & Townsend, Ian Shaw from Ian Shaw Architekten, Juergen Scheins and Dr. Christian Seemann from CBRE/CBRE Germany, Michael Müller from UNStudio, Erasmus Eller from Eller + Eller Architekten delivered insightfull presentations and the tour through FOUR led by Tröster Josef was a unique chance to learn some details about this astonishing project. At the guided tour through the Ernst-May-Haus we explored the ideas of the New Frankfurt housing settlement, one of the most important building programmes of the Weimar Republic. Additionally the students of the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences under the guidance of tatjana vautz offered a behind-the-scenes look at the university, showcasing its progressive programs and exceptional facilities dedicated to delivering high-quality education. Special thanks to Jens Boehnlein for his invaluable support in securing exceptional speakers and facilitating access to FOUR, Dr. Christian Seemann for the amazing reception in CBRE Germany offices with the exciting 360° view over Frankfurt, Rebecca Halstead for the work she put in the organisation and Fernando Navarro Bidegain, Teymur Osmanov and Daniel Nowak for the support in managing the event. Gratitude also to the RIBA International Team and all members of the RIBA EUROPE working group for their contribution and last but not least to all participants.

At Eller + Eller Architekten, we're very proud to be involved in this forward-looking campus. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Siemens Healthineers' new global innovation center Peter Paul Pratter and India Rising.
Global Real Estate Strategist | Advisor | Sustainability | Market Entry | Owner of India Rising | +14 Years | > 2 Bn. EUR Project Portfolio
It’ll be the company’s largest campus globally. And a key hub for global innovation. Construction for Siemens Healthineers ’ new global innovation center in Bengaluru, India is well on its way. The site will not only be the company’s largest globally (over 5,000 employees), but key for its innovation pipeline. A path many other European companies follow in order to unlock India’s potential and strong talent. Designed by Erasmus Eller and his team at Eller + Eller Architekten in collaboration with Arup and Rainer Schmidt landscape architects, the campus embodies three key principles of modern campuses: 1️⃣ Community impact An open, mixed-use structure seamlessly blends public spaces, shops, and cafés with workplace environments, creating a dynamic urban ecosystem. 2️⃣ People-centricity Thoughtfully designed walkways and courtyards foster both intentional and spontaneous collaboration, cultivating a vibrant team culture. 3️⃣ Sustainability & Technology Aligned with Siemens Healthineers' carbon-neutral 2030 goal, the campus maximizes natural ventilation, renewable energy, and biodiversity through innovative design solutions. The team’s vision of an environment to drive innovation is in my view well achieved here. Its futuristic and high quality design provides an attractive environment which is not only crucial in securing the right talent in this competitive market, but in staying true to the company values at the same time. Something not every organisation follows through with. What do you think? 🤝 Require real estate support? Let's connect and discuss! ♻️ Share and follow for insights on global real estate, sustainability, and market entry strategies. 🇮🇳 Want to learn more about India? Best of MIPIM 2025: We have had many interesting meetings, conversations and discussions. What will the future bring? We asked you and ourselves: What are the key developments and challenges that we need to prepare for in the coming years? How can architecture help to bring people together? Thanks to the Netzwerk Architekturexport NAX, we were able to present our understanding of the connections between human experience and architecture. We would also like to thank the Bundesarchitektenkammer and the Bundesstiftung Baukultur for the interesting discussion at the opening of the German Pavilion. #mipim #mipim2025 #Architektur #architecture #Städtebau #urbandevelopment #ExperienceDesign #innovation #ZukunftGestalten #shapingthefuture #Bauaufgaben #Strategie #teamwork #future #ellerellerarchitekten
