Successful loading for the bp's Tangguh UCC Project: Teamwork and collaboration in action! 💪 This month, our team successfully completed the loading of 1,300 clad pipes for our customer bp's Tangguh UCC (Ubadari, CCUS, Compression) Project. Due to the high value and special nature of clad pipes, ensuring the highest quality and safety during the loading process was a top priority. To ensure that everything met the highest standards, a special team was sent to the port of Antwerp in Belgium to supervise the loading and ensure that all requirements for a safe transportation to Indonesia were met. 🚢 🌏 Production of the around 6,000 clad pipes (Corrosion Resistant Alloys) began in February 2024 at EEW PPE and is expected to be fully completed by this June. This marks the third successful loading within this project. ✅ We are incredibly proud of the progress we are making in the production of clad pipes, particularly as we continue to improve efficiency, an achievement that would not have been possible without the excellent collaboration between our team and bp. “It’s rewarding to see our efforts come to life. The dedication of the EEW team and the strong partnership with bp makes every step of this process a success”, said Josh Bleck. 📸 Jendrik Setzer #LoadingProcess #CladPipes #Collaboration

We grow together: The launch of the EEW Talent Program! At the EEW Group, we believe that personal and professional growth is the key to long-term success. To support this growth within our team, we’ve recently launched our first EEW Talent Program. For the next 18 months, nine outstanding talents from EEW in Erndtebrück will work closely with an external coach Michaela Tucek and assigned mentors to develop their skills, expand their networks and take on new challenges that shape their professional growth. The first week of the program was all about getting to know each other and team building: In interactive sessions, participants learned about their personality type, strengths and working styles, and how these can contribute to effective collaboration. They also strengthened their team dynamics and trust in each other during a climbing activity. What will participants gain? ✅ Personal & professional development: Whether they pursue a specialist or management path, the focus is on unlocking their full potential. ✅ Individual coaching & mentorship: Helping participants define their goals and build a strong connection with their mentors, managers and peers. ✅ Cross-divisional collaboration: Strengthening teamwork and cooperation through interactive sessions. "Talent development is not just about career progression, but also about empowering our team with the skills and confidence to shape the future of EEW. This program is a great opportunity for our talented staff to learn, connect and grow together," said Lena Hammer, HR Manager for Learning and Development at EEW Group. This is just the beginning. We are looking forward to expanding the program soon across all our facilities, making talent development a key priority for the the EEW Group. To our participants: We look forward to seeing your journey unfold! 💡💪

Today is International Women’s Day - a day to empower the voices driving change! ❤️ In industries like ours, where women have historically been underrepresented, we know that diversity is essential. Innovation thrives when different voices, perspectives, and experiences come together. International Women’s Day 2025 is all about #AccelerateAction – because equality can’t wait. According to the World Economic Forum, at the current pace, it would take until 2158 to achieve full equality. Women continue to face challenges, both professionally and personally, that limit their opportunities. To close the gap, we must strengthen economic empowerment, talent development, access to education, and leadership opportunities for women. At EEW Group, women are represented across all areas of expertise and make a valuable contribution to our success. Diversity is a key element of our corporate culture as it drives innovation. Therefore, our goal is to encourage more women to take on roles where they remain underrepresented—such as production and leadership positions. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for personal and professional growth, ensuring that all employees, regardless of gender, can thrive. ✨ On #InternationalWomensDay 2025, we asked women of the EEW Group to share their experiences and hopes for the future. Their voices remind us that when women are empowered, teams become stronger, workplaces become more innovative, and industries become more future-ready. We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken, but we also recognize there’s more to do. Together, we can continue breaking barriers and building a future where talent, ambition and leadership are not defined by gender. ⏭️ Swipe to discover how #empowerment leads the way ⏭️ By the way: The photos show employees from our various locations presenting this year's pose. 💪 #IWD2025 #GenderEquality

Preventing corrosion for a sustainable infrastructure in the energy production sector ⚡ In an industry characterized by extreme operational conditions and a growing demand for efficiency, corrosion is a real threat to infrastructure. It silently weakens structures, causing damage that requires ongoing maintenance as well as incurring enormous additional costs. Infrastructure is meant to last decades, but if the components can’t withstand the environment they operate in, how truly sustainable is it? The key is not fixing the problems once they happen, it is preventing them from the outset. That’s why companies operating in industries with the most demanding conditions turn to corrosion resistance solutions that make infrastructure resistant from high salinity, elevated temperatures and aggressive fluids such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S). One solution used in oil and gas transportation is Corrosion-Resistant Alloy (CRA) materials, such as clad pipes. Cladding refers to a process in which a metal, CRA or composite (the cladding material) is mechanically or metallurgically bonded to another dissimilar metal (the backing material) to increase its resistance (e.g. to corrosion) on the one hand and its strength on the other. They offer: ✅ Superior resistance to localized and uniform corrosion ✅ High durability and long-term reliability ✅ Reduced maintenance and less replacements ✅ Versatility for use in various applications, including subsea pipelines, well casings and flowlines Innovation in material science and advanced solutions like CRA pipes prove that resilience and cost-effectiveness can go hand in hand. By investing in technologies that enhance durability and efficiency, we can ensure a sustainable future for energy production. Are companies prioritizing long-term durability over short-term cost savings when choosing materials? What do you think 👇 #Engineering #Sustainability #CorrosionResistance #Infrastructure
