Clear Channel Europe-North is now a part of #BauerMedia. ☑️  We warmly welcome the whole Clear Channel Team and all our new customers and partners!   The acquisition extends our European coverage and strengthens our core media related businesses. Named ‘Bauer Media Outdoor’, the move adds #OutOfHome advertising to our offering, a strong strategic fit with our existing Audio and Publishing divisions.   With a portfolio of 110,000 Out of Home advertising assets, #BauerMediaOutdoor gives us an additional offering in the 12 markets UK, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden.   Yvonne Bauer, Chair of the Bauer Media Board: “As we mark our 150th year, we are excited to open this new chapter and welcome Clear Channel Europe’s talented team to Bauer Media. This acquisition will drive our overall growth strategy and accelerate our digital transformation. The teams won big, with recognition across categories including News Team of the Year, Specialist Reporter of the Year, Newsreader of the Year and Best Sports Coverage.     Mother&Baby celebrated another successful year hosting the Mother&Baby Awards, which took place on 26 November at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge. The 2025 awards, attended by nearly 400 people, were hosted by author, actress, and podcast host Giovanna Fletcher. The event celebrated the best products, stores, and brands, chosen exclusively by readers – the parents who actually use them.

    November is almost over, but the month kicked off with a highlight and a first: More than 100 participants from different parts and countries of the organisation met at the “Bauer Media Data & Analytics Days 2024” to hear from, and exchange with, over 30 internal and external speakers! From data engineers, analysts, scientists, architects and leaders in their fields, and from countries as diverse as Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, England, Poland, Slovakia and Switzerland, our specialists came together at our headquarters in Hamburg to learn, collaborate, innovate and build the foundations of the #BauerMedia Data community – and had a lot of fun!    In a nutshell: ▶️ 5 top-class keynotes from people like Maks Giordano (“Me, Myself & AI”), Dr. David Parrott about “Data as the lifeblood of every organisation” or Dr. Mark Bloomfield on “Data as Transformation Engine”. ▶️ 5 Workstreams (1 Reporting & Visualisation; 2 Generative AI; 3 Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning; 4 Architecture, Platforms and Technologies; 5 Data Value & Monetization) including 15 interactive sessions ▶️ 32 internal & external presentations and talks ▶️ 1 Community Game ▶️ 1 Joint Evening Event   “The world of data and analytics is rapidly evolving, and it is essential to stay ahead”, says organiser Martin A. Kalisch. “However, we all have very busy lives, at work and at home, so it can be hard to keep up to speed with all the new developments and information. The conference empowered all participants with new skills and connections, creating a community united by our ‘data spirit’.”      A huge THANK YOU to 🙏 our two Business Area presidents Jan Wachtel (Publishing) and Dr. Vivian Mohr (Audio) for opening and for giving the Data Days & the data community the right spirit. 👏 Spencer Piggott, our CTIO, for opening the second day with ‘The Value of collaboration’. 💪 the team - for the organisation, their efforts, moderation, technology, details... 🔥 and last, but not least, to all participants for coming, being there and joining in.
