The final stage of Pri Mýte won the 2024 Construction of the Year award 🏆 The final stage of the Pri Mýte project earned the Construction of the Year SR award in the Apartment Building / Family House of the Year category. The project designed by Sadovsky Architects in collaboration with Superatelier, introduced 98 high-quality urban apartments to the area. In addition to residential units, the project also features office and retail spaces. The third stage also includes public space with a fountain and perennial flower beds. Thanks to its ideal location in close proximity to the city center, the project benefits from abundant local amenities and excellent access to public transportation 🚋 We are proud that the Construction of the Year award, which promotes the quality of construction across Slovakia, has once again recognized one of our projects. Rudolf Vacek, our Development Director, was part of the Railways 2025 Conference, which creates a key environment for the exchange of knowledge and practical experience in the whole range of railway infrastructure issues. His presentation focused on the revitalisation of the area around the Main and Masaryk Railway Stations in Prague, where he presented our plans and vision for these important and challenging areas. 🚄 This conference is an ideal setting for administrators, investors, designers and builders to come together to share experiences. On 4th of April we had the honour to participate in the Open Construction Day on the platform of Masaryk Railway Station, organised by the Railway Administration. The newly built platform is a key element of the revitalisation of the entire area where we operate, and we are therefore happy to have been a part of it. The tour was attended by Martin Kupka, Minister of Transport, Mr. Jiří Svoboda, Director General of the Railway Administration, and representatives of Penta Real Estate. The building visit with a guided tour was very informative and was followed with a journalists discussion. On 5th of April the construction site was opened to the public, who had the opportunity to see the platform in construction. We would like to thank the Správa železnic, state organization for this great cooperation and we look forward to further joint projects! 🚆✨

The Construction of Chalupkova Through the Eyes of Students👷♂️ The Chalupkova project was incorporated into the Building Management for Architects course at the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. As part of the course, students had the unique opportunity to attend a professional lecture about the project directly at the Chalupkova Offices construction site. During this experience, we guided the future architects through the key stages of construction, provided insights into the technological processes involved, and discussed the challenges of managing such a large-scale development. We believe that building connections between academic institutions and real-world settings is essential for shaping the next generation of professionals, and we are honored to play a role in this valuable process. ➡️ www.chalupkova.sk

Phase F of the Nová Waltrovka construction is in full swing. 🚧 We are currently finalizing the work in the construction pit for all the F1-F9 apartment buildings, which should be completed by the end of March, and in the meantime the installation of cranes is also underway. We have started work on the monolithic foundations of some of the buildings and will start work on the implementation of the vibration isolation layer for protection from the metro line within the next two months. The most important architectural and urbanist element of the modernisation of Masaryk Station will be the platform above the railway track. It will shorten the access to the train from the surrounding districts and offer a new green rest area in the centre of the metropolis. 🚄 "It will not only connect Florenc with Hybernská Street and Masaryk Station with the Main Railway Station, but will also facilitate access to the already completed buildings in the area, i.e. the office buildings Masaryčka A + B or the hotel The Cloud One," says David Musil, Country Managing Director Penta Real Estate. Part of the platform will be planted with greenery, creating a relaxation zone, a new park right in the centre of the metropolis. Photovoltaic cells will be used to power the lighting or the public address system, which will be built into the roof of the platform. Rainwater captured in retention tanks will be used to irrigate the greenery.
