PŘÍVRACKÝ <=> NORLING Co je nového ve Švédsku? V roce 2010 jsem se přestěhoval do Stockholmu. Od roku 2015 bydlím v malém přímořském městě jménem Norrtälje. Sen žít a pracovat ve Skandinávii se mi splnil. V následující sérii článků vám hodlám přiblížit několik švédských tradic a zvyků, na které jsem tady doposud narazil. A také vám řeknu, jak se kluk z Prahy postupně stává Vikingem. Změna příjmení po svatbě se Švédkou byla pouhým začátkem. “Small talk” se švédsky řekne “kallprat”, což by se dalo do angličtiny přeložit jako “cold talk”. Slovíčko “cold” odráží obecný postoj mnoha Švédů (a nejenom jich) k této sociální interakci. Jistě jste už slyšeli o cold callingu, cold emailingu, cold pitchingu nebo cold canvassingu. “Kallprat” je pro mnohé žvanění bez konkrétního účelu. I proto se možná Švédové v této disciplíně umisťují velmi často na nejnižších příčkách. Dobrá konverzace musí být především produktivní. Pokud se už do nějakého toho 'small talku' s někým pustíte, počasí, děti nebo bydlení jsou vždy bezpečná témata. Politiku, náboženství nebo finanční záležitosti si schovejte pro své blízké přátele a rodinné příslušníky. Zabřednutím do těchto vod budete velmi často odměněni tichem. Pokud chcete ukončit konverzaci, použijte řeč těla a fráze jako „Jaha, nu måste jag dra.” nebo „Kul att prata med dig!“. Naznačíte tím, že máte něco naléhavějšího na práci. Nebo ne? A když už mluvíme o sociálních normách a komunikaci, nemůžu si pomoct a musím se podělit o svůj vlastní boj se slovem "stydlivka". https://lnkd.in/dveMn2sf
