𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓🌳🌲 Wood is one of the most ancient and precious resources nature offers us. A material that deserves respect, responsibility, and conscious use. At Riva1920, these values are at the heart of our production philosophy: we work with wood with the utmost care, avoiding waste and prioritizing the recovery and reuse of fine timbers. We give new life to materials that would otherwise be lost, transforming them into furnishings that tell a story of sustainability, craftsmanship, and respect for the environment. Today, on the occasion of the International Wood Day, we renew our commitment to a responsible supply chain—one that enhances raw materials without compromising the future of the next generations.

We’re proud to continue our long-standing and successful collaboration with Archiproducts! Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail are reflected in every project we undertake together. This latest architectural visualization is yet another example of how our shared passion for craftsmanship and innovation brings Riva1920’s design philosophy to life in an authentic and engaging way. A big thank you to the entire Archiproducts team for their dedication and for helping us communicate the essence of our brand through such high-quality, photorealistic renderings.
We are proud to share our latest architectural visualization project for Riva1920! As part of our collaboration, we provided high-quality 3D renderings of residential spaces, delivering both ready-made and custom-built scenes based on the client’s needs. Our process included modeling and refinement, material creation, texturing, architectural modeling, and seamless integration of Riva1920’s products into the project—culminating in photorealistic renderings. This project is the result of a deep synergy between our team and Riva1920, combining meticulous research, the best digital tools, and expertise in 3D and archviz. One standout challenge? The reconstruction of a three-meter-long Kauri wood table, modeled using photogrammetry – a technique borrowed from the entertainment industry, widely used in cinema and gaming. This approach not only allows us to replicate reality with extreme accuracy but also to produce entirely new objects and materials from scratch, opening up endless creative possibilities. At Archiproducts, we deliver tailor-made 3D solutions to help brands design, present, and communicate their vision. Our high-resolution rendering service is already up and running – and we’re working on an even more advanced 3D service to push the boundaries further. #Archiproducts #ArchitecturalVisualization #3DRendering #Archviz #DesignInnovation #Riva1920 #SaloneDelMobile #photogrammetry

A message by our Chairman and CEO Maurizio Riva: "WE EVOLVE BY LETTING YOU EXPERIENCE RIVA1920 We have decided to close our showroom on Via Visconti di Modrone in Milan to embrace a new philosophy: offering our retailers, their clients, and anyone who wants to get to know us the opportunity to visit our company directly in Cantù. In addition to the Riva Center in Cantù, this May we will inaugurate a new 2,000-square-meter showroom, located just 400 meters from our headquarters and next to the production facility for our tables. Here, we will showcase unique pieces and creations by designers who, over the years, have contributed to the growth of Riva1920. For over 30 years, our company has remained steadfast in upholding values of sustainability and tradition, avoiding the use of materials like chipboard. Our approach is evolving: we will maintain our permanent showroom at the Milan Fair, but our main goal is to provide our retailers and their clients with a direct experience here in Cantù. We want them to see with their own eyes how our products are created, immersing themselves in our artisanal world, observing our craftsmen at work, and visiting our three small manufacturing facilities. I believe that those who receive valuable knowledge from the previous generation, as I have, have a duty to carry forward what has been passed down to them. Our company, now in its third generation with me, already involves the fourth generation with my daughters, and if all goes well, even the fifth will take up the legacy. Our goal is to be proud of our journey, hoping to leave a positive mark and contribute, in our own small way, to making the world a better place—preserving tradition and enhancing our region, which has always been dedicated to healthy, high-quality furniture. We have supported and helped many internationally renowned designers emerge, giving them that necessary "push" to take flight in our world—bringing emotions to them and to you, while contributing to the growth of design. We look forward to welcoming you to Cantù!"
Vi aspettiamo a Cantù!

For Pizzeria da Albert in Trento, Italy, we developed a stunning custom-made project, based on a project by Abitare Design, featuring tables crafted with reclaimed cork stoppers encased in resin. One of the tables is supported by two upcycled barrels, another innovative wood-recovery method that we are passionate about. For this particular table, we also designed bespoke high stools with seats and backs made from solid wood. Additionally, to complement another table, we added the CURVE bench, designed by Brodie Neill.
