Bile acids affect the yolk color of eggs by enhancing the absorption of fat-soluble pigments, such as lutein and carotene. These pigments are responsible for the yellow to orange coloration of egg yolks. By facilitating the digestion and absorption of fats, bile acids ensure that these pigments are effectively absorbed and deposited into the egg yolks, thereby improving their color intensity. Studies have shown that dietary supplementation with bile acids can increase the chromaticity of egg yolk color. However, excessive levels of bile acids may have adverse effects. suggesting that optimal levels of bile acids are crucial for achieving desired improvements in yolk color. #eggs #yolkcolor #bileacids

关于我们
We are aim to provide free technical service, free formulations service, free control disease service for feed mills, for breeding farms. Affected by the global epidemic, feeds production and poultry farming volumes have dropped by about 30%-40%.The costs of its production has risen relatively. Like transportation, materials, ingredients prices are getting higher. ·Production Process: Mass Production Feeds. Breeding Birds decrease, and feed mills productions will decrease also. E.g. Under the condition of not affecting the use of feed in poultry farms. According to the production plan, put one week’s feed production volume within 2-3days to complete production. ·Materials Purchase: The feed mills adopt the principle of nearby procurement. Take more original materials usage. E.g. China markets, wheat replaces maize. ·Formula: The cost of feed ingredients accounts for 95% of the cost of feed. The use of local raw materials to optimize feed formulations has a greater impact on reducing feed costs.

Heat stress caused by high temperature can reduce the egg production rate of hens, reduce egg weight, make egg shells thinner, increase the rate of egg breakage, and greatly damage the quality of egg shells. #layinghens #eggquality #egg #poultryfeed #LachanceGroupLayerNutrition #Lachane_bileacids

There are many problems in the breeding of commercial laying hens, such as poor feed quality, poor management, high mortality rate, sub-healthy chickens, frequent diseases, low egg commercialization rate, and poor economic benefits. How can these problems be minimized in terms of feed quality and nutrition, and what economic benefits does high-quality layer feed bring to farmers? Egg Quality Evaluation Egg quality is crucial for both commercial egg producers and consumers. High-quality eggs lead to better market prices, longer shelf life, and improved consumer satisfaction. Poor egg quality results in financial losses due to downgrades, breakage, and decreased consumer trust. Bile acids play a crucial role in nutrient digestion and absorption, directly impacting eggshell strength, yolk quality, and overall egg uniformity. 🔹 Enhancing calcium & fat absorption → Stronger shells 🔹 Optimizing protein utilization → Better egg whites 🔹 Supporting liver function → Consistent yolk color & reduced meat spots 📌 Recommended Dosage: 200g/ton of feed for improved egg quality and FCR. By addressing common defects through proper nutrition, management, and bile acid supplementation, egg producers can enhance egg quality, reduce losses, and maximize profitability. 🥚✅ #alltech #eggquality #yolkquality #eggshell

Effective Temperature (wind chill factor) As it becomes warmer, poor ventilation can cause the air to become musty. This is one of the causes 30 of feather pecking. So you will need to ventilate the house well, ensure a good air velocity, and monitor the temperature. 🔘 In a closed house, ensure the set minimum ventilation is appropriate to the number of hens, and assume 0.7 m³/kg live weight per hour. Ventilation-directed air flow has a cooling effect on the hens because the wind chill factor increases as the air velocity increases. Watch out for draughts. 🔘 In houses with floor systems, hens will avoid draughty places. The optimum effective temperature for hens in cages is 20 to 24°C. For hens in the floor system,it is 18 to 22°C. Higher Temperatures over long periods of time, particularly above 28 to 30°C, combined with high relative humidity, can result in heat stress. In case of acute heat stress, hens sit with their beaks open and their wings spread out. Mortality is increased, and production drops. Chronic heat stress has more gradual effects. #layinghens #temperature #heatstress

The first five weeks are extremely important for success later on. A #hen is kept for up to 95 weeks. Whereas the formative time for a human is the first five years, for a chicken it is the first five weeks. Make a checklist that you can adapt and improve each time. A flock that gets off to a good start will result in a lower mortality rate and fewer poorly developed birds. Avoid all possible stress during the first five weeks of rearing. This is the time when the most important organs like the heart, lungs, kidneys etc, .are developing. Stress slows development and has a negative effect on the laying period #layinghens #layingperiod #layerhealth

Unlike water-soluble vitamins, Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) require proper fat digestion and absorption to be effectively utilized by the body. Any deficiency can lead to poor egg quality, reduced productivity, and increased disease susceptibility. However, factors such as poor fat digestion, imbalanced diets, and liver dysfunction can limit the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, leading to suboptimal production performance. In modern laying hen farming, environmental stress, unstable formula raw materials, and frequent diseases keep the liver in an overloaded state, causing the secretion of bile acid to always fail to meet the body's normal needs. Adding bile acid to laying hen production can improve liver health, increase the utilization of fat-soluble vitamins and calcium, and improve laying hen production performance. #fattyliver #layerhealth #layerfeed #liverhealth #LachanceGroupLayerNutrition #Lachance_bileacids
