On this year's International Women's Day (March 8), I celebrate the power of inclusion and the impact of every woman who is shaping the future. Throughout my journey to becoming EVP Chief Business Officer at Siegfried, I have often been the only woman in the room. Yet, I have always felt treated as an equal, and I have never fallen back in my commitment to making an impact in the pharmaceutical CDMO industry as a female leader. In times of rapid transformation like what we see today, I have the opportunity as a leader to see opportunities, anticipate change, and empower teams to succeed. I am grateful to work at Siegfried, where our culture not only gives us the space to innovate but also actively encourages all employees to seize opportunities when they arise — regardless of our gender.
