    Mastering mini croissant tip control with ASTec Croissant Line 🥐 The most critical point to manage for this type of product is the tip control, because the mini croissant (10 g.) has less wrapping and more conical shape. These two features can lead to incorrect positioning of the tip. Therefore, it becomes critical to work with a machine that can best monitor and manage the correct positioning of the tip through specific mechanical and software settings so that the correct product is obtained at the end of the line.
