Yesterday marked the official South African launch of “Everyday Habits for Transforming Systems” by Adam Kahane at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in Johannesburg. We were delighted to witness such meaningful dialogue on what it takes to create change in a world that often feels stuck. Professor Morris Mthombeni (he/him/his) joined Adam in conversation as they explored what it means to practice radical engagement and shift systems from the inside out. One moment that struck a deep chord was when Adam was asked, “When is the best time to change a system?” His response: “When you first encounter a system—you can clearly see the cracks. But there’s never a bad time for system change. The time to change any system is always now.” This is a timely reminder that transformation doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. It begins with us—where we are, as we are. 💫 The images below capture just a few moments from the evening. More photos and video highlights are coming soon—watch this space! 📚 Missed the launch?
