Promotion News!   We’re excited to announce that Jack Patrick Reed has been promoted to Associate Manager on our Life Sciences team after less than 2 years at the company.    Jack joined us in May 2023 and has consistently delivered exceptional results through his dedication and hard work, providing a world class service to his clients.    His success and relentless positive attitude has not only made him a key player in his team, but also earned him spots on two incentive trips, a regular place at our monthly high performers' meals, and the opportunity to fly to Stuttgart to attend industry events - where he has demonstrated his commitment to expanding his market knowledge and providing the best possible service.    His hands-on leadership style has helped many in the company already, and combined with his market expertise, has made him an invaluable mentor at Optimus. Last Friday, the Optimus Search and Optimus Life Sciences teams came together for our 2025 kick-off meeting, and it was an inspiring way to start the year! We reflected on the incredible achievements of 2024, announced our top biller of 2024 (the numbers speak for themselves!), and looked back on the remarkable growth of the business. Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be a year full of new opportunities and growth. We shared our goals for the year and the business plans that are set to propel us forward. But here’s the real kicker… we’re leveling up our incentives! We've doubled the annual trips from our usual two, and are now running four incentive holidays this year – one per quarter! It's our way of recognising great effort and performance with sun, sea and sand, all through the year. As for the destinations... you’ll just have to wait and see where Optimus is heading next (👀).
