Celebrating Women's Day at Givaudan throughout March 🌼
Throughout March, I’ve been incredibly proud to see our teams come together at Givaudan to honour International Women’s Day 2025 with both global and local initiatives that drive meaningful impact. On a global scale, we hosted a Wellbeing Webinar, “Menopause is Everyone’s Business” led by Dr. Claire Phipps, General Practitioner to shed light on the physical and psychological impacts of menopause and how organisations can better support employees at every stage of life. Locally, these are some examples of many moments that took place worldwide: 🌎 Brazil - Launched the Female Power in Production project, empowering 20 women in the chemical industry through education and career opportunities. 🌎 Ashford, UK - Organised a day of celebration, raising £350 for Rising Sun, a local domestic abuse charity, with mindfulness sessions, a team photo, and a women’s health-inspired lunch. 🌎 China - Recognised employees with small gifts, flowers, and cakes in appreciation of their contributions. 🌎 Japan - Decorated our Tokyo office with mimosa flowers and hosted a female group session with Jiyoon Chung Regional Head HR T&W APAC, who shared insights on career growth and leadership. 🌎 South Cone - Our G-Versity Women Committee led two engaging initiatives across all sites: an in-person “Ladders & Snakes” session and a virtual “Choose Your Own Adventure” session, both designed to spark reflection on gender equality. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made these initiatives a success. Creating a workplace where we all love to be and grow isn’t just about one day, it’s about the actions we take every day.

Givaudan Fragrance Evaluator Laura Marchetti guides us through the theme, Nature’s Nirvana, immersing visitors in the nature-inspired dreams of consumers. She showcases one of the fragrances crafted for this space, Magic Moss, created by Perfumer Doug Falcone.
