Remarkably, our Gem Lab Team in Bangkok has managed a full renovation of the new space in Silom 19 in some 4 weeks only. Amidst the relocation activities, the massive earthquake hit the area, causing severe damage to our old office, delaying access to the JTC building and interrupting the use of the elevator. We are relieved that all our colleagues in Bangkok are safe. Hats off to Riwin, Wint and Tu for this impressive effort and successful project management. We are looking forward to serve our clients after the Songkran festivities in our new location in Silom 19.

Over the past 10 years, his dedication and passion for gemmology have been truly remarkable. After three years of intensive training—studying the Gübelin Reference Collection—Klaus was promoted to Senior Gemmologist. Since then, thousands of our lab reports for gemstones have featured his signature. His expertise extends beyond the lab, with field trips to mines in Brazil, Greenland, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Vietnam, and Pakistan, where he has studied mining operations and collected authentic gem samples. Beyond his gem identification work, Klaus continually enriches the field with photomicrographs of inclusions in gemstones, offering insights into their internal worlds.
